I love how they're supposed to close at 6 but the doors are locked at 5:50. Then the employees come walking out dressed borderline inappropriately at 6:02.

I was overcharged after canceling my service. I went into the store to ask why and they told me to contact their online customer service. I did that, and after being transferred to 6 different people over the span of 2 hours not one single person has been able to help me. I was told to go back to the store for help even after I told them the store wouldn't help me. Very interesting that nobody can find my account but they're still able to charge $115 to it. Dealing with Verizon has been a massive waste of my time and I wish I never chose them to begin with. They are plenty of other phone and internet providers that have better service for far less money and trouble.

Went in to buy a new phone. The offer at the time meant getting the phone for free if I switched to a new version of the plan I had. I was told it was unlimited like my then current plan. This was false. And it took paying for the"free" phone, months of phone calls, time and frustration to get it worked out. Hoped a simple phone call to the manager at the store (that made that change in the first place) could have resolved it. But, I still have not found the way to reach a human at the location.Felt deceived.

Came in to replace a charging block and get assistance from overbilling and get things corrected. Basically was offered no help from the guy as "There is nothing they can do" but yet they are corporate and I've gotten nowhere with calling the 1800 multiple times and always get put in a loop. Stay away from these guys, they just want your money and won't help you with anything..Also signed me up for 5g premium service then today they tell me they don't have 5 in Ashtabula.. If you want nothing but headaches and unprofessional service from in store employees who don't care, Go here.

This store gave me the best customer service I've ever had. After struggling with internet for our mobile food business, the team worked together to figure out an easy solution for us. I had a lot of fun in the process too. The energy there is great, the staff is friendly and funny, and its a great place to handle what's usually "boring things." I couldn't say enough great things and I'm excited to visit again in the future.

Forget trying to get a hold of these people!!! Yet every time I drive by the place there’s nobody there as far as customers so what are the employees exactly doing?!?!?! Poor Customer Service all the way around!!!

Tried calling this store multiple times on a Saturday morning to check to see if they have the model of phone we are looking for. All we ever get is a recording and then disconnected, no sales person ever picks up the phone and you never speak to anyone just push the buttons and follow the prompts, don’t want to waste a trip if they don’t have what I’m looking for but you can’t get a live answer. Super super poor disgusting impersonal lack of customer service inquiries, can’t even pick up the phone yet we have been a customer for over 20 years with more than 10 lines how’s that for service? I’ve spent enough with these folks over the years could have my own tower but this is the service I received not even worth one star. I advise if you want personalize service over the phone with their local number don’t use this store.Money money money that’s all they’re worried about but they should keep in mind that that money stops with fewer customers looks like we might be one of those, just saying

So I am a long-time customer of Verizon. Upgrading my husband's phone has been a disaster!! First of all Samsung naming multiple phones the exact same thing... and them being entirely different is beyond stupid! Trying to get a hold of Customer Service is next to impossible. Then they tell me to take the phone into a corporate store to exchange it. I should've just sent it in through the mail and re-ordered it to avoid all this hassle. But of course dear Customer Service once again is not possible to work with. When arriving at a corporate store in Ashtabula they tell me that I shouldn't have brought an exchange in. And because I opened the phone and looked at it to see that it was the wrong one I have to pay a restocking fee of $50. Because these people that work at the stores are working off COMMISSION apparently they can lie to you. My husband and I were assured that by adding more lines my bill would go DOWN! I was originally paying for more than I needed with the Get More plan on 2 lines. Of course we both thought they were crazy but the manager worked it out all on paper. It made completely logical sense. So originally my bill was $270 a month, that's with taxes and all their BS. She said with these extra lines it's going to go down and I would actually be paying $50 less a month and have more stuff. But surprisingly when I get my bill two weeks later my monthly bill was $498!! When I finally got through to a customer service agent because you cannot call the store directly they don't have a phone number... they told me after all the one time activation fees/taxes my bill would still be $340 a month. So how is that going down?! I would not recommend this company to anybody!! And I'm pretty sure I won't be continuing the service with them.
