Thier delivery service is always behind . They never answer thier phones . One day I called 48 times with no answer so I called the stores regular number and I called over 30 times with no answer . So finally I called the pharmacy! And they paged the manager who ended up rude and acted like I was bothering her. If you go to the store so many of the shelves are empty . If you use thier self check out they act like every one is trying to steal from them ..and they make it obvious! Then why don't they open regular line with cashiers so we don't have to use self check outs ! The Ashtabula store really needs to get it together and they need to answer thier phones and they all need a lesson in kindness, friendliness and respectfulness!

Very clean and well laid out for a Walmart. I usually don't go to any Walmart, but we were looking for crafting supplies and this was the only place close by. Decent amount of Waverly fabrics and other crating supplies. Clean, but definitely wear a mask. No Covid protocols and we saw many of those shopping there wearing a mask.

Walmart needs to figure out their pickup and delivery service. I am so fed up with it. Went there for a pickup and had to wait 40 minutes, tried to give them a second chance and 2nd time waited an hour and half had to call inside the store because they only had 2 workers and 40 cars in parking lot. I then tried the delivery service and first time went really well was in my trial period for free shipping that is probably why it went so smooth they were trying to get my membership. Paid the membership fee and second delivery was a nightmare, they did not show up and asked me to pickup, I said you are joking I paid for a service and they said they can't get drivers to deliver for the evening. It took several phone calls and found out that Walmart does not have their own drivers that they have an app that anyone can click on and come get your groceries and bring to your home. SO WARNING THESE ARE PEOPLE THAT NO ONE NOT EVEN WALMART KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT, SCARRY!!! SCARRY!!!! I live in a remote area and am an older person and scares me that some random stranger picks up my items and brings to my home. WALMART REALLY HOW CRAZY CAN YOU BE NOT TO CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! So WARNING PEOPLE Walmart does not care if they are sending a person with a prison record or a drug addict looking to make a dollar to your doorstep.

I was in Ashtabula, Ohio, Walmart store to pick something up. when I left, I went down the main parking aisle to leave. I was actually 3/4 of the way down. As I was leaving I looked to see if anyone was coming across the south parking lot exit road. Taking my eyes off the road in front of me. I had a tremendous thud. I stopped and got out and looked and I had blown out my driver side front tire, later the rear went down too. went into the store told manager, filled out accident report. took pictures, measured hole dept, 10' straight edge on the backside I hit. Took the car to nearby tire store, replaced two blown-out tires, but due to the car being an asymmetrical all-wheel-drive Subaru, I had to replace all four. At a cost of $599. I went back to the store, said they were going to give me a tire, I had looked and it said their auto store was closed due to the virus, the reason I left to another tire place. The adjuster called from their claims in Arkansaw. She said they had no other complaints, but me, even though their whole lot was full of them. And, even though I backed up turned around and left 3/4 of the way out, I was traveling too fast on their video, I should have seen the hole! They would not cover anything. I was only asking for the cost of the two damaged tires! I knew they would find some reason to deny. Funny, next day hole had basketcart in it. Two days later ALL the holes were filled with blacktop. Days earlier I was there getting food orders for three shut-in neighbors! I have shopped that store for many years, but, will no longer even go in the place, and will inform as many people as I possibly can, friends, any reviews I can find. Just what I needed during this situation we are in. I will say the store manager and auto manager were both very nice about the situation. Like Walmart can't afford to fix a few holes. Especially, with they save buying from China. Check your labels!! If I could have put a minus 5-star rating I would.

The pick-up option here is ridiculously slow. I've been waiting for over a hour and a half now to receive my groceries (and still waiting). I don't blame the workers but I do blame the managers for understaffing.

I know Christmas time is a holiday that means big profits .... But even Athiest would agree that stores everywhere who are putting Christmas shit out before October are ruining what Christmas is supposed to stand for. Pagan version or Christian version... I get it.. head start this and that... But seriously? It's getting more early every year. Last year it was at the beginning of October (it wasn't even Halloween yet). Year before that it was late October.. this year was mid September!!!!!! Wtf?? By the time December 1st comes, people will be so sick of even looking at Christmas decor..... Have aome dignity please??

Dropped my car off to get the tires balanced. The attendant told me there were two cars ahead of me and it would be a two hour wait. Two hours later they said one more hour. An hour later they said I was next and it would be yet another hour. After four hours I was told they had three cars ahead of mine. Needless to say I will be taking my car to a real mechanic from now on!

Had the worst experience at ashtabula Wal-Mart. Had a enormous cockroach come out of my food at the register. No manager would come over to the register!!! The assistant manager told me she was just punching out that's why she didn't cone to the register!!!! Horrible excuse as a manager. And there way of saying sorry they gave me a 10 solar gift card. pathetic!!! Will never shop there ever again

Worst Walmart EVER! This Walmart has to be the most unorganized, understaffed Walmart I have ever been. And oil change can take up to 3 hours. The shelf are always a mess and not stocked. You never know if they are going to have the product in stock, and when you talk to the manager about it he says and does nothing. Not even an appolgy for being a poor manager.

Never enough lanes open, and the self-checkout malfunctions a lot. However, the cashiers are all very personable. And, they have a good selection of gluten free products now! Super Wal-Mart, so it has everything you could need. When I go with the kids, we can never leave before seeing the fish tanks!

Great store! Wide variety of everything! Prices are always low. Open 24 hours a day. Easy to find location right on route 20.

We actually use their parking lot to spend nite with our motorhome on long trips.. But good for exercise inside after a day in the camper! And you can always pick up anything you forgot,,, But I would much rather shop at Target!!1
