Called after purchasing a new home that had a fireplace insert and a missing propane tank. We had never owned a home with a fireplace that tan on propane so we had many questions! Natalie gave me such great options and was very knowledgeable! She answered every questions and was personable! Her customer service is what sold me on this company and I will be using them for all my future propane needs.

I have d a large tank for my generator and 2 smaller tanks for cooking. The large tank was last filled about 8 years ago when I bought the tank, I do not need to use the generator much, the smaller tanks I load into my truck about every 9 or 10 months and take to them to fill.I called them because I have a gas leak and they told me since I could not prove that I owned the big tank, I cannot find the receipt, they would not come out to check for a leak.It is the last time I will be taking my tanks to them to be filled and when I need to refill the big tank I sure will not be calling them.
