“Quite helpful and informative. Answered all questions. Very knowledgeable helping to make sure it would pull what we needed. Didn't feel pressured or pushed or rushed. Treated me with kindness and respect and that truly was more important than haggling pricing. Feel like I was valued and will definitely return here on my husband's next vehicle and mine, due to the way we were treated. Looking forward to meeting the service individual for maintenance since Ben Meister gave fantastic service. Finance was knowledgeable and explained everything to me and helped ensure I received what I needed. I am terrible at names. Sorry, not his fault but please give him 5 stars too.”

“Scott has done several jobs for me. One was painting a white fairing to my motorcycle to match the factory paint that involved a very intense process. Scott got it. I was very happy with his work. I brought another vehicle to him. A 2021 Cadillac Escalade with damage to a very difficult area to repair, once again, Scott and his team came through. I was and am very impressed with the work of Center Point Collision.”

“While traveling through the area, pulling a camper, we had some mechanical issues. We determined it was the alternator and after contacting 4 other autoparts stores, NAPA is the only one that had one. “Battery had went bad in my car. Managed to Jump it and drive it to this location. Natalie tested my battery, starter and alternator for me. She really helped me out with getting a new battery and making sure I was able to install it properly and everything. She is a very smart, kind, and informative woman. She knows what she is talking about probably more than most men that work at these kind of stores. I am 8.5 months pregnant and she helped me out so much with my problem and taught me quite a bit in the process too. I am very grateful for her being there today. She is truly Heaven sent! I don’t think this was her original store, I think she is actually from another location but regardless she deserves a raise! An awesome woman to have encountered. May God bless her.”
