“I ordered some parts over 2 weeks ago online. I used most of the parts the same day but 1 part I didn't put on because I was going out of town. It was over 2 weeks when I finally got around to changing the last part. When I took the old one off I realized I had actually ordered the wrong part (totally my fault). I looked and looked but could find the receipt but I did have a email from the day of purchase. The staff bent over backwards to help me and ended up giving me a refund on my credit card. I truly do appreciate them helping me out so much. I've been through this same situation before and could only receive a gift card.”

“I went there on Friday with my bf Kyle to try to get my A.C. fixed during our staycation but it didn't work out very well. I am still working on getting the part I need from them since I originally bought the wrong part then did an exchange but the correct part I need was missing (the most important piece on their) and so I am trying to work with them to get it. Heather at LKQ (and staff) have been easy to work with to help get the part I need even if their has been hiccups along the way. I can also say I love the price it cost me compared to Subaru dealership. $57 compared to $1,200. Downfall to this place, they are only opened 9-3 or 4 on Monday-Friday. They are not opened on weekends.”
