“I accidentally scratched the side of my car. First i tried to get a quote at another body shop. It took them a week before i heard back and the quote felt high.
So i decided to shop around and discovered Fine Line Auto body. They had better reviews and i can assure you they earned it. I drove in without an appointment and they quoted it on the spot and they gave me different options to fix it. Due to xmas season, i could only afford the cheapest option.
I had my car fixed in a day turnaround. I was amazed by their work. I cant even tell where the scratches were.

“Back on December 2 I was involved in an accident where a guy went through a stop sign and basically sideswiped my jeep. I work for an AutoZone in my area and we work with fine line delivering parts in what not to them immediately I knew where I needed to go and Bill in the staff at fine line took incredible care of me. They were able to get me into a rental, they were able to make sure that I was taken care of. “I arrived for my appointment and was greeted with smiling faces and I told them I was super early, I was prepared to wait for a while and to my surprise my name was called and said your already to go…the lady said she didn’t want me to wait for a while being I was there for oil change and safety inspection. Being from WV safety inspection are required and I know that they can take some time, I was very pleased with my first experience with the service department.”
“Genuinely shocked (in the best way) at how good the prices were and the quality of the parts. Got a complete front grill assembly with the Honda emblem (that looks brand new) and 4 pieces of front bumper mounting hardware for $140 that would’ve cost me at least $250+ even on Rock Auto. Was in an out in less than an hour too. 100% will be coming here for any body parts I need in the future. Automax, please never stop being an amazing salvage parts store. Would put 6 stars if I could.”

“I would like to share my experience with Fine Line Collision of Hilliard Ohio. My Tesla Model Y was beaten up pretty badly by a hail storm on 03/22. 30 quarter size dents. I was devastated. My insurance was not the easiest to deal with, but was assured by the Manager Jordan he would work with them directly and not to worry. Jordan was able to have all damages covered. I was worried that a brand new car would not look factory once repairs were made, I was wrong. The car looked just like the day I brought it home when new. Paint quality was excellent. Both Jordan and Carlos made us feel like they were repairing their own vehicle. I would recommend Fine line to anyone looking for quality work in a timely fashion. I spent a long time looking for where to take my car as the places Statefarm recommended didn’t have good reviews !!! Columbus is full of shady slimy car companies but that is the opposite of Radar Collision. They are one of a kind with top level service and care. They may be booked out a little bit but the wait is WELL worth it to know you got your car back exactly how it’s supposed to be. No mistakes. No mishaps. A perfect good as new car. And they do it time and time again!! You will not find anywhere better. The personalized care is exceptional, the thoughtfulness and professionalism are unparalleled. Not only that I had smaller issues with a mirror I broke on my parents car and they have been incredible at helping me with that. I run a pet sitting company (Wags and Kisses Pet Care) and have a recommendation page for local services. It’s typically other pet services I recommend like local trainers but Radar Collision is good enough I need to add them to the list. Everyone in Columbus should know about them— it’s the best kept secret”

The quality is decent, Staff will assemble/ install parts an paint for additional charges. Some of the parts as seen in other pics won’t fully assemble even after it snaps into place. As said, it’s decent for what you pay and better than most. I’d go back for more for sure rather than pay OEM prices.”
