Have been calling for weeks to get info on my deceased father's storage unit. Talked to them in August regarding the same, but now They don't call back. They tell his Girlfriend, Rebecca Fasone that i am harassing them... by a voicemail. All i am going to say is google her name, and that's who you are dealing with! I have asked for is a phone call back several times & to get a copy of the lease agreement, as i am NOK. But As a business owner myself, this is not very professional.
