I had recently broke my phone and was unsure of what I wanted to do, make a claim or get a new phone. Raymond was super patient and answered all my questions and ran through all of my options multiple times as I wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my choice. He was pleasant, funny, and patient. I walked in unsure and already frustrated, I walked out happy and confident in the whole process and my new phone.

Carissa did an excellent job helping me address our needs and set up a new plan involving 3 iPhones and 2 hotspots. During the purchasing process, she was very resourceful in the configuration of devices she recommended and refreshingly clear with her explanations. What I appreciated even more was her availability to answer questions after we returned home and her good will. It was daunting to me to switch to an entirely new plan and she made the entire process easier. She is a credit to ATT.

I had a pretty good experience with the AT&T Store on East State Street in Athens.
My wait was no longer than 15 minutes, and the technician was kind and courteous. And seemed very knowledgeable about everything that was asked. I'm very well pleased with my experience.
