“I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received yesterday and today regarding my daughter’s car.
When I called yesterday morning, I was very concerned about the right rear tire, which was wobbling significantly. I truly appreciate you for scheduling an appointment for 10am today, especially after I mentioned that new brakes and rotors had recently been installed by an out-of-town Chevy dealership.
I was relieved to receive a call around 11am today informing me that the car was repaired. The discovery that a lug bolt had been over-tightened by the dealership and had snapped was alarming, but I am incredibly grateful that your team identified and fixed the issue.

Afterwords, I tried to pay, but he refused to take my money! Said it was too simple a fix to charge for. I will definitely be taking my car there from now on!”

“Randy has been our family's car guy for pretty much as long as I remember. I believe my very first car, Geraldine- a red civic, even met Randy, 20 some years ago... then many other automobiles since. So, I think the test of time speaks for its self in my case. He's always provided excellent master mechanic abilities and knowledge, as well as competitive and fair pricing. I'm sure there are other shops in athens with great people, however when ya start with the best why risk getting anything less! As long as his garage doors are open, ill be recommending people take their cars to Randy... they'll never have to ask the interwebs for car repair digits again...I never have...(Hats of to you good sir...job well done!)”
