Went on to the website to order a part and the website allowed me to order and stated it would be ready in 30 minutes. Showed up to pick up the part and they were closed!!! Now I have to find another shop to order my part and wait for my refund, which who knows how long that will take. I used $5 in rewards also, I will expect those rewards back!

I needed a new battery badly and Bob was able to provide me service immediately (he even came across the street in the cold weather to help me out so I wouldn't need a tow truck!). Bob was friendly, professional and speedy, couldn't recommend more!

I was there a couple weeks ago got a 5 gallon bucket of hydraulic ask for the same thing I got two weeks ago didn't get that thought it would be on his computer he said it wasn't he must have put in the wrong numbers but after waiting 20 minutes I got what I wanted
