CVS should hire more staff. I waited in the drive through for 50 minutes, I had cars in front of me and cars behind me so I was trapped. I was next in line when a woman from a car behind me got out of her car and tapped on the drive through window. The pharmacy tech looked at her and turned around. The woman knocked on the window and was trying to find out how much longer the wait was because she also was trapped and had her kids in the car. The pharmacy tech finally responded and said they had to wait on the people inside before they would wait on the drive through. Then the pharmacy tech said that they’d be closing the drive through down. She started rolling the metal grate down. Which forced me to then go inside. The pharmacy tech that waited on me apologized and again said they had to wait on people inside before the drive through. This is not fair for individuals that have disabilities like myself. I have a hard time walking or standing for long periods. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes inside to get my prescriptions filled that had been called in the day before. To say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement. I’ve used CVS for over 15 years. Since this visit I’ve decided to transfer my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Never answer the phone and the recording just gives you the run around or repeats about the COVID vaccine. Guess what pharmacy I’ll never use again!

They do not answer the pharmacy phone. You can be on hold for more than an hour.

I had to give them at least one star, should have been zero. Their customer service is terrible. They are overworked and appear to wish they were not there. I have had a prescription there for four weeks. It needs the doctor to provide information for pre-authorization, which they told me they contact the doctor. Again, it's been FOUR weeks. I just called the doctor to see what is taking so long....CVS never contacted them.
