Ordered food after my bar shift (ordered at 3:28 when they were still open) and it never got delivered. I ordered 2 calzones for me and my roommate but I guess I just lost out on $20. Despicable business practice.

The food is always awesome! Employees/customer service.... Wonderful and Above and beyond!! Every time and pick up food, the staff is friendly and upbeat! My family is filled with members of our local fire department. One day just 5 minutes after ordering takeout, we got a call for the fire department. I called to let them know we may be late picking it up. The young lady that answered the phone told me they would keep them warm or if it was a long time, they would remake them! It ended up being a really long time so I called to cancel the order. They actually refunded my money, although I didn't ask for it as I was prepared to pay as they did make the food, and told me they appreciated my business, were thankful for the fire departments out there and to order again soon! If that's not top-notch customer service, I don't know what is! I hope I don't get anybody in trouble by telling that story, that is not my intention, but that is the way you should do business! Hands down one of my family's favorite places to eat!!

The food took 2+ hours to be delivered. They kept telling me different things on the phone and never knew where the driver was. And when I eventually got it was freezing cold. Asked not to knock and then proceeded to bang on the door.

We had multiple issues. First they were charging for ranch with wings and to replace marinara. Both of our calzones were light on sauces and mostly bread. The wings we got were okay to start, but when we went to reheat the aluminum foil they used melted and went into the wings making them inedible. The tots were well overcooked and we had to throw them out. The cheese sticks were burnt but our 4yo didn’t complain! Overall very sad because this was our point of visiting Athens for the weekend was to get the food we loved in College.

This was the nastiest thing I've ever taken a bite of. Still attempting to flush out of my mouth as if they've pulled it out of the movie Super Troopers. Apples were bitter, tasted like it sat in the trash for a couple of days and then warmed up. Gag, spit, spit some more, brush teeth twice, never again. Here I come BBB. Should had knew something was up when it arrived within 15mins to Columbus Rd. when it's usually ALWAYS been 30mins or longer . Can't say enough besides you've lost my business as I'm a life long Athenian. And more spitting. And I eat salads out of the trash for real. Certainly was tampered with period. If I just had a car atm. Quick edit: I had called our sheriffs office I'm 100% certain that it was tampered. Individuals like this is what sinks good businesses from being sued. Couldn't have even been masked with no matter the amount of sugar and cinnamon. Unpalatable, knave, absolutely distraught from this.

The literal worst. Every employee is the rudest. They can't handle their orders or deliveries. Half the time they just won't bring your food and then don't give a refund. You have to harass them to get your money back. And every employee is the RUDEST.

Still one of the best places to go to eat especially late at night when there's nothing else open. Great staff & great food! I hope this place never changes like the rest of Athens has.

How is this place even in business?? There literally no filling inside the calzone, just dough and grease. Don’t waste your money. I wish I would have just ate speedway
