I am new the the area and I need to get some routine maintenance scheduled my appointment even arrived 10 minutes early only to be told that the appointment maker scheduled three other people for the same time slot it'll be and over 2-hour wait went somewhere else and got my oil changed done well within the time they stated will never patronize this business

My appointment that day was for 10 a.m. I also needed to be somewhere by 12 p.m. and the place was about an hour away David the technician was able to get me in and out within the hour so I was able to makey 12 p.m. deadline thank you oh so much again David

Great service, honest rates, and even complimentary services sometimes! They threw in a free rotation when I went to get my brakes inspected. 5/5 would recommend if you want efficient, truthful, and reasonable service done on your car.

Will not put a tire on you do not buy from them. Extremely unprofessional place of business that I would drive an hour away to avoid and you should too.

Traveling through and got a non-fixable flat. Was at Hampton Inn when I found the flat. Called Firestone (on a Sunday) and they got me set up!! Excellent service and finished earlier than expected to get back on the road to home!! Highly recommend this location!!! Thank you for making me feel taken care of and having a place for me to be comfortable waiting for my car!

Closed early and kept my car an extra day after just an oil change! They told me they were open until 7. I talked to them at six and they said they were finishing the car. I arrived a few minutes later to find that the technicians and manager had keys had left and the only employee there could not access keys. My auto was locked in the garage and they would not give it back to me. I wasn’t the only person in this boat. I saw other people arriving and trying to get their vehicles back. This is ridiculous! Today, I have to try again to get my auto back. In 30 years of getting oil changes I’ve never encountered anything this ridiculous.

There's absolutely no reason to make an appointment here. I had appointment at noon today, it's now 1:15 and my truck hasn't been touched. It's an oil change, 15 minutes tops people.
Yay! 1:36PM and it's finally in the bay. Only 1 hour and 36 minutes late

We got a flat tire and pulled in at about 6:10. They already had 3 customers. They fixed our tire and put it back on the car even that close to closing.

The employees I interacted with were great, from start to finish. I also never felt hassled, pressured; I really dislike obvious "upselling" and that was absent, unlike what I have experienced elsewhere. I spoke with maybe 3/4 people, one of whom was definitely called Dave, and they were all so helpful. I used to go to another nearby location (different nationwide business) but had a poor experience there a year or so ago involving them mismatching tires (after a puncture), which could easily have led to damage to another Subaru I own. A friend recommended Athens Firestone so I decided to give it a try. I'll definitely be returning.
