5 star drop off window but below average inside. Doing the best with what it’s got but still…not great.

Super overpriced!! I love thrifting and have been to many goodwills around Ohio and this is by far the most expensive goodwill I’ve been to. I really think they would do great business if everything was priced individually like some goodwills I’ve been too…if you’re wanting to thrift go to new to you right down the road from goodwill or take the drive and go to Logan or even Lancaster goodwill for better prices. Goodwill should be affordable prices especially since it’s 2nd hand!! $6 for a used 2 shirt is absurd! I’ve seen $30 jeans here before!!!

Smells so bad inside there! Goodwill has a very distinct smell, this one did not. It smelled like cat pee or just pee in general. Might have been something they just got in, still unacceptable in my eyes... Or should I say nose. I found a few dishes I liked and the girl that checks people out is so cute and very nice! For those reasons I'll still give it 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐

Dropping off stuff to donate like games and toys the man was very rude and said not to bring any more stuff so I figure good will doesn't need any donations. Also will never shop there again if they don't need donations I guess they don't need customers either

We travel a lot and this is the worse goodwill we have ever been in. The place is a mess, broken glass just laying on the floor, people are rude and I am convinced the person that was up front doesn't actually speak. This does not bother us but his attitude and the fact it looks like a hoarder lives there we will never be going back and will probably just stop going to any of them. It's unacceptable. It's funny too because the prices were way over priced and that wasn't the main issue we had. $50 for a children's Columbia fleece jacket? a new one is cheaper.........

Wayyyy over pricing things! It's good will no reason beat up shoes should be 15/20 $ and 10/15 for used jeans common

This place is a great place for all of us to go and shop for everything you want for less money.

Athens Goodwill can be hot or miss. The clothing variety is usually pretty good and changing often, which can likely be attributed to the region's diverse donor base. My chief complaint is that Athens Goodwill has begun selling new (rather than donated) goods, which changes their mission a bit. Additionally the prices of used items have jumped significantly in the past year, making it less accessible for a portion of its customer base.

Nice store with a lot of interesting things. It is not well staffed and the bathrooms are tricky to get to.
