We had a guy named Bryce who helped my husband find all the pet fittings and pipe that he needed. He was very knowledge about it all and was able to answer all my husbands questions. We couldn’t have done it without his help. Thank you Bryce

Put the light bulb disposal at the exit not the entrance. I had 2 bulbs in my hands that I had already paid for and when told to go upfront to dispose of the burnt out bulb I got treated like I was trying to steal the bulbs I had already paid for. Ridiculous. Lol

I went there a few days ago. Did some shopping all over the store. Went to check out. I wanted some Mulch. I told the clerk what I wanted. She didn't say a word. just walked off an returned with a yound man that I assume was a supervisor. He ask if he could help me. I said yes I needed some mulch. He then told me that I had to go back to lawn and garden and have them create a ticket, come back to the register, pay for the item then go back to lawn and garden with my vehicle and pick it up. I said really, you can't just scan the bar code from here and me go get it. He looked at me like I was stupid and said nope and walked off. Needless to say I went to WalMart. Not sure I'll be shopping at Menards any time soon. Very poor customer service

Unbelievable, I'll never go back there again. I was singled out, followed around the store like they was gonna miss something and I was being stereotyped by at least 4 employeesand security. I was only in this store for 2 mins before they started with the accusations,

I really like Menards. An interesting assortment of merchandise. I’m not a big fan of their rebate program. I’d rather just get a discount. But where Menards stands out is their service. At one competitor, employees try not to make eye contact. At Menards, an employee will walk with to show you merchandise if you make an inquiry.
