Putnam Square Apartments is a quiet and beautiful place with reasonable rent. Management is great and maintenance is great, sorting out issues in no time. The location is really great, secluded but only minutes away from anything needed, very close to the library, market, and directly on the bike path. It is very community based. Neighbors keep to themselves and the townhouses are comfortable. Residents highly recommend living here for families.

Wonderful place at reasonable price. I lived here for two years and never had issues. Greg is wonderful and sorts out plumbing/electrical/other issues in no time. It is very close the the library and the market on East state. Quiet and beautiful and close to the bike path.
