“8/2023. I stored my Bobcat’s stuff here for the last 3 summers. No problems.We did not leave any food in the locker.No bugs. The stuff was not molested. This is near the Lowe’s.My only complaint is the concrete is really bad & the potholes are really deep. He needs to invest in having someone come by and fill in the potholes with gravel.”

I looked everywhere for a decent home and couldn’t find anybody to actually get back with me when I found out about prokos Rentals they were very quick to not only get back with me But as well, understand my situation and help me to the best of their ability as soon as I seen our apartment Chelsea walked me through. I loved it. I have rented from them for about three months now. Any concerns with maintenance they are quick to take care of Same day If not close to it. Not only is the apartments beautiful the staff has been nothing but sweet to me and understanding of my situation it doesn’t even feel like a rental company they start to become family. Hundred out of 10 recommend Especially for young students trying to get on their feet!”
