I walked into the Richland avenue site to the female worker cussing out the male worker out in front of customers and when i told her i was reporting her she said she didnt care no worker should be treated like that and it wasnt even ten minutes ago

The older manager with red hair wanted us to use an ID to type in a card number (we had the physical card) never had this issue with any other speedway. Honestly more frustrating than anything but just never had someone tell us its policy before.

Cashier must bring her problems to work with her. Tried to buy tobacco. I'm 40 years old. She made me go get the other guy out of the vehicle. I was in to come show his ID. He was 23. So we're both clearly old enough to purchase tobacco but since I was pissed about having to get the guy out of the car to show his ID, the woman working put the tobacco back and when it sell me anything clearly she shouldn't be working in customer service

Super friendly staff that is always kind, but the fountain machine is frequently broken and they're almost always out of straws. Also, it's a very small crowded parking lot/gas pump area.

Slow. No hot food available on the grills. Dirty. Parking lot to small. Over packed. One registered opened always busy. Why not rebuild new stores like every speedway has everywhere else has!!!!

Went early early morning on fed 27 there was a old women working now mind you I have ran in to this old woman plenty of times before an she was totally fine with me till I walked in with my wife one time saying that as I am a lesbian an this women's whole personality changed torge me she has profiled me as in stares at me while I'm trying to get what I usually get witch is only two items so while I'm trying to get what I need in a hurry bc I feel uncomfortable bc I have never stole a single thing in my entire life so she stares without even a blink! so I stopped going there when she worked only went when I knew she wasn't there well she changed times an days I didn't know worst mistake ever but anyways went to get cigs old woman wouldn't sell me none bc I was with a group of people but they was over age as well she said she couldn't sell me the cigs so I left said it was bullshit we got all the way almost out of the parking lot an that old woman come running saying don't come back here all I replied with is fine I wount I'll spend my money else where! the next day rolls around I didn't go down but after that way we went back down an they have since that day sold me there product in the store we tried to go in today an we got stopped before we even entered the door saying we wasn't allowed in there while the little girl behind the counter was smirking an smiling about it so I said I was calling corporate makes no since went in everyday since that day an it was fine now it's a problem! I have no problems at any other speedway or gas station but the one in Athens ohio on Richland ave they profile people they judge people for how they are an they are always either talking on the phone with one of there friends an holding lines up or they goofing off! Not to mention how is it not okay for a group of people to walk in all get id for cigs an they wount sell still but if two parents walk in with there 14 or 15 year old kids an they buy cigs they don't get id for it makes no since sounds like to me just assuming an or just profiling

Stopped here for gas, placed seemed dirty and the slushie machine wasn't working..the main reason I stopped but that's nothing knew they are usually out of order or always liquid when I stop at any speedway.
