Clearly under staffed or too small to handle the load. They were unable to help a traveller in need. "We are booking three weeks out." Having driven from Canada on route to North Carolina our check engine light came on as we arrived in Athens and needed to perform a simple what's wrong code check. I would have thought that the technician could have at least put a code reader on to let us know if it was urgent or not.

CAUTION: Make sure you get a physical copy of your paperwork and read the fine print! I never received a spare key or physical paper work when I was told several times they were shipped. I was told by the sales guy (Tyler Stiles) I would not be penalized for turning my jeep in early and was never told I would be responsible for the remaining payments even after turning the jeep in. Now I am faced with a hefty bill and the dealership will not even help me cover the cost. All they care about is making money and NOT their customers!

Recently purchased a 2003 Mercury Sable from this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Isaiah Mullins. The car needed a few minor things but he was able to make sure that those things were addressed to be roadworks. the car roadworthy. (tires, wiper blades, and a battery due to the car being old and had done some sitting.) I'd recommend checking out this dealership.
