They continuously keep putting my packages in a communial box that the package is clearly too large to fit in. Therefore my packages get stuck and I have to wait for them to come back and place it on my doorstep. I get this package every month, it is not hard to walk 100ft to leave it at my door. Just laziness if you ask me.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had an urgent medical package accidentally mailed to my old apartment address. I called to see if they could reroute it to my new address and they said yes took my name and address. They then continued to deliver it to my old address and when I called and asked if they could pick it up and reroute it they said yes and hung up before even asking my name or the new address it needed to go to. I called back and asked if they needed that address and they hung up on me. They then refused to answer my next several phone calls.

Terrible customer service. I just left at 4:15 today 01-16-2025 and there were 2 older men working when I first got in there (the one I worked with his name was Don or Dan couldn’t read the middle letter), there was a lady working with the guy I was going to and he was rude to her stating out loud her cards weren’t working and she was trying to figure out how to pay and he gave her an attitude during the entire interaction, then a person in front of me went to the same guy and he was rude to her as well telling her she couldn’t ship that due to “regulations” or whatever. Finally, I go up to the line and he doesn’t even greet me, stares at me and says “what do you need” and I say “I need stamps please” then he says with a rude remark “how many” I tell them how many and then a person beside me walks up to the other person at the register and she has maybe six small envelope packages and the worker states “this is something you should’ve came earlier in the day for” and they laugh thinking he was joking and they say “are you serious” and he states “yeah this is too late in the day, next time come earlier” mind you not everyone schedules works with the USPS post office hours and not everyone can come in morning times so that’s crazy to say. Also, the whole time I was at the register with my person he was rude to me because he couldn’t figure out how to get a $50 charge off from the previous person he was working with and he was continuously huffing and puffing trying to figure it out. I’m convinced the only qualifications to work for the post office is to be rude and to not be a criminal smh. If you guys want a good worker with good customer service hire someone like me or someone else with basic bare minimum customer service skills at least. Get these people out of here or fix their problems.

i have literally never had a good experience with this post office. multiple times they have taken my mail back to the post office and claimed it was under my direction. not to mention whenever you go into the post office to pick up the package they refused to deliver, the employees act as though you are a burden for picking it up and it is our fault, as if they didn’t refuse to deliver it in the first place. if i could give 0 stars i would. in need of new management at the bare minimum.

The worst post office you will ever deal with. They literally can not do anything right, I have continuously had packages stolen because my carrier leaves it by the street instead of walking it into the building. Do not take the time to process a mail hold because they will not listen to that :)

Always pleasant staff to help you with stamp purchases, postage needs for packages, passport needs, and mail pick up when returning from out of town.
We are always impressed when we frequently get Sunday home delivery to our mailbox. ? Thank you!

These guys are morons. There are two helpful people in this store. Told them my cell was less than 20Wh and they told me it’s measured in Ohms. Didn’t know they needed to measure the resistance of the battery. Go to FedEx.

The lady today who did the street over from where u guys are located was super rude and mean to my landscaping crew today, you need to hire people who care about others
