Not very good deals or selection

The selection was good for a small store. The customer service left a lot to be desired. The worker in the shoe section was short and rude when I asked a question. When we checked out, the girl ringing us out never said thank you or anything. We checked our receipt, were overcharged for one item and charged for an item we didn't get. We returned to the store to get it fixed and she acted like we were a hassle to fix what she messed up. We go to Adidas outlets all over the country when we travel and have met some of the coolest people working in those stores. Seriously, the workers at the Aurora outlet all acted like they hated their jobs. Please don't take it out on the customers.

The store associates treated me kindly for it being my first time there. They helped me find what I was looking for and gave me a coupon when I walked in, whichhelp bring the cost dow significantly. I can't wait to go back!

Asked cashier about return policy. She told me to walk with new shoes once and see if I like them, if not they will take them back.
Did exactly that, just needed a size smaller. Cashier told me we they could not take them back…
Tiny bit of mud from the walk.
