I called to ask about an item before driving 30 minutes and the associate told me they had several items that fit the description. I get to the store and another associate tells me she was standing next to the associate when I called and she said she heard her tell me they didn’t have it. I wouldn’t have driven there if she said that. The associate at the store was rude and although she wasn’t actually on the call she basically told me I was lying. I didn’t get a good feeling being there as an African American woman and I probably won’t shop at that location again.

Will no longer be a Banana Republic customer in general because of this store and who I assume was the manager (?) Was given nothing but attitude when trying to return a pair of jeans. It was outside of 30 days so I expected store credit, no problem. Instead this woman insisted there was a policy on the receipt for 60 days where that was the limit for even store credit and said she would not be accepting the return at all. I checked the receipt afterwards and there is nothing about that. I asked what the difference would be if I returned without a receipt? She was nasty about it and said she’d make an exception and proceeded to offer me $13 on a gift card for a pair of jeans I spent $51 on. According to her, that was the current selling price - not that I’ve ever seen any jeans there for $13 but an online search confirmed the current selling price is $28. She clearly was trying to make the overall process as difficult as possible and if my son wasn’t with me I’d have made that point and my dissatisfaction with her abysmal attitude clear. Please get better store staff before you lose more customers.

I was shopping here and wanted to make a purchase of a leather jacket that I thought was on sale because "Everything 40% off" was posted in the store, in addition to other signage. There was even a sign (attached), which was extremely misleading, which read, "40% off, Leather Apparel." However, when I went to the register to make my purchase, the cashier advised me that leather was not actually included in the sale. I feel that this retailer should not mislead shoppers into believing a sale is actually a sale when it really is not. This caused me to waste at least 45 minutes in this store when I could have actually been shopping elsewhere where there is a legitimate sale. WHEN SHOPPING HERE, ENSURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT!!!

My favorite store at Aurora Farms. Its clean, the staff is friendly and their selection is impressive.
