Our groomer and service was great! She was very attentive and courteous. Missed 1 star because of the strong offensive odor in the grooming area.

Everyone is really great and very kind and patient which I find the most important. We actually go to Aurora location because that’s the best location we have found through Banfield so I hope that reminds people where to go not all of the chains are the ones you expect. And what I mean by that is I found a good Banfields in Aurora, but I was getting upset because of the other place and I won’t mention it because I’m not going to tell anyone down just wasn’t for us so we drive an hour when we take our animals, but they are awesome to our animals and they’re very sweet to us as well. God bless them all.

I love Banfield! I travel for a living and I can always find a vet on the road when I’m away. The Banfield is got to while home has the best vet ever.. Dr. Beach. I love her and the way she cares for my Gracie

I was completely amazed by this place! This is not my regular vet, but I was in a bind and needed to see a vet ASAP. The care I received was unbelievable. Everyone was so compassionate, caring and attentive to my cat’s needs. Dr. Beach was absolutely wonderful. And the person who checked me in and the nurse assistant was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend!!!

I'm posting a review before I even finish treatment cause I'm THRILLED. Yesterday I took my 13 year old schnauzer to Dr. Beach. I was at wits end, stressed, upset. My dog always had allergies but this year was awful I couldn't manage it at home. It got so bad his eyelid rolled over and scratched his cornea causing swelling, discomfort and pain. All this on top of his skin being hot, red to the touch, so itchy he was literally ripping himself open and bleeding. I spent almost $800 but this included 5 meds, a full panel lab work, visit, nail trim, a shot he needed, eye testing, exc. Honestly the pricing was great and the whole process was great. Dr. Beach and her team took a LOT of time checking Teddy over and going over everything in superior detail and answering my million questions (I'm a very nervous Nellie about my animals health). We started the meds and the new shampoo last night and before his second dose this morning he's doing so much better! For the first time in a month he slept almost the entire night, his eye was hardly goopey, his skin isn't red, exc. He's running around our house already again. I'm not sure what magical exlier she gave him but I'm over the moon with his treatment. Thank you so so much! He will be in for his recheck in a couple weeks :)

Seriously I personally don't know where to start. Sydney, Savannah and Tiffany along with Doctor Beach are the most amazing humans i have ever met and the only ones I truly trust with my Diesel! We absolutely love them and will continue to always see them!!! Thank you Doctor Beach, Tiffany, Savannah, and Sydney!!!

Amaya’s team is absolutely the best!! Dr Beech, Nicole , Michael and Sidney they go above and beyond. They are always there looking out for my fur baby. Compassion ,kindness, thoughtfulness and just caring is amazing. Thank you for all you do all of you are greatly appreciated!

Dr. Beach is the best, we trust her completely with our dogs. She is very caring, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I always feel like she's recommending what's best for our dogs, never pushing anything unnecessary and gives several treatment options.
