I stopped by the Calvin Klein store on Saturday night, October 11th, about an hour before closing, and the three girls working were absolutely incredible. I didn’t catch their names, but one was a tall brunette with glasses, one was a shorter African American girl, and the other was a fair skinned blonde. They went above and beyond helping me pick out underwear and made the whole shopping experience so easy and comfortable. It’s rare to find staff that genuine and attentive these days, they really left a great impression.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the three Calvin Klein employees who helped me during the hour before closing on Saturday night, October 11th. I unfortunately lost the card with their names, but they absolutely deserve recognition: the tall brunette with glasses, the shorter African American girl, and the fair skinned blonde. They were amazing, friendly, patient, and super helpful while I was picking out underwear. You could tell they really cared about customer service and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Truly some of the best retail staff I have ever met.

Worst store associates to deal with. They did not apply my coupon code as I missed it before checking out for 1st time and asked them to refund and then recheck-out applying coupon code I had they completely refused doing so. I had done this with many other stores and all of the associates obliged and did recheckout

I had a disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Calvin Klein store on the evening of April 12th, 2025 (around 7–7:30 PM), involving a staff member who identified herself as the manager (with black and red hair). My friends and I—who come from different countries—entered the store together, each planning to make our own purchases using individually earned coupons from Tommy Hilfiger. Despite paying separately and buying different items, the manager refused to honor both coupons, wrongly assuming we were from the same household simply because we walked in together.
We calmly explained that we are just friends and not related or living together, but she insisted on her assumption for an extended time, only relenting after repeated pushback. The way we were treated made us feel judged, dismissed, and discriminated against. The assumption seemed to be based not on facts, but on personal bias—possibly influenced by our ethnic backgrounds—which made the experience feel racially charged and deeply unfair. This kind of behavior has no place in any store, let alone one representing a global brand like Calvin Klein.
I hope the company takes this seriously and provides better training to their staff on handling diverse customers respectfully and without prejudice.

This Calvin Klein store always has clearance items in the back of the store, with unbeatable prices. Selection is huge and quality is often better that at outlet stores like TJMaxx etc.
This is my favorite store in the whole area and I would recommend it for any gender/size.

I had a very bad experience, the Asian woman had a bad attitude all the time. I asked for a dresser and she didn't give it to me, I tried to measure my clothes and she told me she couldn't do it, even when I paid for what I bought she was rude. A person like that should not work in customer service, if you are going to serve your customers like that you have to check what you are doing with your life.

My door dash accidentally got dropped off at their counter so I walked in there asked for my food and the lady said “ we’re not liable “ after smerking knowing she stole my food! I had a picture of it on their counter. Very disappointed ? 6/6/24 at 5pm
