Staff is amazing, they were all helping with my 3 kids trying on shoes. They really anticipated our needs and helped suggest other items that may help. Super kind and knowledgeable.

Having 4 grandchildren under the age of 4, Carter's is one of my favorite places to shop - at least it was. On September 17th my husband and I were in the Aurora Ohio area visiting to celebrate one of the said grandchildren's 3rd birthday. We went to the Aurora Outlet Mall to shop for a gift for the grandchild. The store we wanted to visit was closed until 1:00 pm and we had arrived at 12:30 so we decided to see if there was a Carter's in the mall area. There was! So we walked to the location of the store. As we were getting closer, we could see another family with their small children were entering the store. About 3 minutes later we entered and began to look around. The family that entered prior to us left the store and initially we thought it was because they found nothing to purchase. As we continued to shop, the three saleswomen stood not far from the entrance and as customers entered the store, they were greeted and asked if they needed any help. I observed this, thought for a second and continued to shop. Then it occurred again so I stopped shopping and said to my husband, "I'm feeling a certain kind of way right now". He responded they he was too. About this time another customer entered the store and for me that was it. I asked a customer near us had she been greeted when she entered and she replied not that she could remember so I asked if they offered to help her since she had been in the store and she said, "no". I asked how long she had been there as she was in the store prior to our arrival and she said longer than 10 minutes. So my husband and I left. Now let's talk about the family that entered the store prior to our arrival, the lady I asked how long she had been in the store, my husband and myself - we were all African American. Let's talk about those who were greeted upon entering the store, asked if they needed any assistance and spoken to during the course of their shopping - they were Caucasian. Not to mention the three saleswomen continued their watchful eye on us - to a fault which also disturbed us. Across from Carter's was Children's Place where we were greeted immediately upon entering and asked if assistance was needed during the course of our shopping. So for me as well as my husband, Carter's most likely won't see us anymore if they employ employees such as these.

Their sales are WONDERFUL! Regular prices are adorable but you can't beat their sales. Works are so polite and very helpful

Aurora farms and stores is no longer the great place it used to be. I didn't leave feeling there were any great buys. Felt it was no better than going to a mall, except the mall is better maintained.
