Charm is the best! Everyone is so friendly and the salon is always clean and full of great energy. My mom and I have been going to Kelley for several years and we absolutely adore her! She does a wonderful job with our blonde hair and we always have the best time chatting with her. Could not recommend Charm or Kelley more!

Not only is Alyssa an amazing human she is truly an artist! When my journey at Charm started nearly a decade ago I was recovering from massive hair damage. It was tragic. Fast forward to now and the difference is insane. I LOVE my hair!

Charm Salon is by far the best beauty salon in Northeast Ohio. I have been coming here since they opened 9 years ago and I drive 45 minutes to come get my haircut here every four weeks. They never disappoint. From the amazing salon coordinator when you walk in to all the stylists, they’re just the best salon out there. It feels like being at home with my family when I walk in. You might have to wait a little to get an appointment at first but I promise once you are on their books you won’t regret it.
