I went to the store today and was not happy with the service. I went to Aurora Farms and the lady on the floor treated me as if I didn't belong. I asked her a question and she answered it. She never offered me a fitting room like everyone else. She looked at me and told me this store has nice things. I hate when sales people think you cannot afford items out of their store. I put all the items back and left. Honestly I won't ever go into that store again.

I want to thank all the ladies at Chico’s that assisted my daughter in giving me a wardrobe makeover! As a single mothers, it felt so good to try on and choose all the beautiful clothes we could carry. I adore your store and staff.Happy Fall!

Most of the sale items not jumping out as a "must buy" or even trendy,, but they have lots of much higher price great items that don't speak to me yet, because I was on a bargain shopping mission. I still love Chico.

I am completely appalled by the lack of maintenance. They should really be ashamed of themselves; a couple years ago it was very clean and full of stores. Now it looks like Chernobyl.

We drove out here while visiting my daughter in the Canton area. Most of the stores that were occupied were open for business. There were lots of empty spaces especially in the "cute building" section of the outlets. There is so much potential here. Maybe in the past, this was a nice outlet mall but today it's over run with weeds and buildings that need a paint job. I didn't see one employee walking around at all. It seems like no one is cleaning or doing maintenance here. We were actually looking for something to eat here but there was nothing except a cart selling drinks and popsicles. We had to leave. It's a shame because driving to and from the mall there is not much else around. I know malls are dying out but outlet malls too?

This is my first visit to the outlet stores. We had our first snow of the season and we were still able to walk to many of the stores. They do not have a food court there, I was told it closed. Hopefully in the warmer months there are food trucks. Like all the sales. The Jockey store is closing. They have a 70 percent sale until supplies last. We like Eddie Bauer, Wilson Store, Sketchers and more.

The front of the Outlet needs a face lift. But drive to the rear parking lot and you'll see a lot of opened stores. Check the website for the variety of stores, and traveling here will be worth it. Coming here on Black Friday saved us a lot of $$$. The Outlet is in a non-metropolitan area, and some may say it's in the country, so you don't have the crowds, and the clerks are helpful. Unfortunately, there is not a food area, and the town of Aurora is small with few restaurants, but with Yelp, eateries can be found. Kent, a college town, is not far to the south. On special weekends food trucks may be seen. When shopping give your email address for coupons and sale promotions.
