We had a terrible experience when we walked into the store with my wife and our little girl. The salesperson, named Chris, was exceptionally rude and seemed as though he didn't want any customers in the store.
When we asked to speak with the manager, he claimed to be the manager and then walked away. His behavior was very unprofessional.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Clark’s location. The middle-aged white woman working there needs a serious attitude check. This isn’t the White House — it’s a shoe store, and there’s no reason for that level of rudeness or bias.
She was downright disrespectful to my grandmother and treated us completely differently from the white customers in the store. No one greeted us or offered any help — I had to ask for assistance, and even then, she acted like I was bothering her. To top it off, she accused us of trying to return used shoes and said we’d be “flagged,” which was not only unnecessary but completely uncalled for.
The lack of professionalism and clear bias was unacceptable. Do better.

Just had a terrible experience with my mum, the store attendant had the worst attitude from the time both of us walked in until after we left. Super unnecessary and very unfriendly, uncomfortable experience.

I was illegally asked to provide proof that my dog was a service animal and was humiliated. When stating no he is not wearing a vest as not all service animals do, she asked for documentation and then asked me to leave because one of the employees was allergic. She even stated that she could tell he was a service dog based upon how he was acting, yet told me to step outside.

The workers here are so helpful, but I've been really disappointed in options for flats and heels. Also, I find that sizing is inconsistent - I am usually a 9, but with Clarks, I range from an 8 to a 9 depending on the shoe.

Staff was very helpful when I brought in a return from an online purchase. The shoes shipped to me unfortunately had a defect, but I was able to check out several similar styles and exchange them. Only negative was the limited selection, but I guess that's to be expected at "outlet" stores. The actual item I had brought in wasn't available in the same color in my size, and newer items I recently saw online aren't stocked. I still appreciate the service and ability to buy locally.

We went in to get my daughter shots for her new job. We found some nice shoes. To me the prices seemed high, but my wife said the shoes will last a long time.
