Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at this store. The sales ladies, horrible. They were Confrontational and unfriendly.
I walked away for a minute because they were so ridiculous. When I went back towards the checkout, a nice gentleman asked if I needed assistance and I said yes I’d like to check out and he helped me with a friendly smile and kind attitude. Manager in the store Needs to be fired as she has no idea how to deal with the public. The man that helped me, I think one of the only men that works in the store. There was extremely helpful and had a lot of good customer relations ability. The storm was so awful. I will not be going back to it.

HORRIBLE! Racist, unhappy, unfriendly, rude, not nice, not professional employees! (TAYLOR + Store manager Annie or Ann)my sister wanted to try the snow clothing that they have and they first didn’t let us get into the fitting room with the jackets but pants were ok. but they took the jackets to the behind of their register. we needed to ask them back to try them on. they were treating like that we were going to steal them. (i just spent $500 in that store 2 days ago) but we said okay no problem.they weren’t even smiling, weren’t even friendly and after my sister wore the snow clothes and pants, she was looking at the gloves to match with them, they said the ones that we looked that was for kids, so they told us adult gloves were at the right side of the register, when my sister was going to look at them, they stopped us and said that were not allow to walk around the store with clothes, so she needed to change. no problem it’s ok. but they could handle it better. finally we got to the register and paid for our stuff and was going to leave BUT THEY LEFT THE ALARMS ON THE CLOTHES! SO ALARM WAS ON WHEN WE WERE LEAVING THE DOOR! that’s a big big big JOKE! they came and took the alarms off, and they were sneaky laughing!!! so rude so unprofessional! DONT GO TO THIS STORE!
