Today, while shopping at this store, I noticed a Clinique product on sale for 75% off. The price was great, but I noticed an expiration date on the bottom of the product.
To confirm this information, I asked a sales associate about the date, and her respond was: “You can still use the product within 12 months after you open it.” Then I decided to ask another associate and received a fantastic answer: “Our products don’t have expiration dates,” and then she quickly walked away to assist another customer (??)
Dear managers of this store, please ensure that your sales associates receive at least basic training. Clinique would be surprised to know that their face cream can last forever.

I always receive so much great customer service from Michele and Cheyenne! they are always such a pleasure to talk with and also have such great knowledge regarding the makeup brands and hair care products. I love getting my Clinique products there such great deals…..as well as so many other brands.

I use to love coming here but now it feels like they have less and less brands. Customer service from Carissa K was awful. She was rude and dismissive.

This location used to carry excellent fragrance brands like Tom Ford and Killian but that has stopped. Aramis and Happy are all you'll find now. Really disappointing.

Pretty bad customer service, looks like they cater white people more than other races. The lady working there, I think her name was Taylor was helping us and as soon as white person approached her, she stopped helping us in the middle of the conversation and moved on to help them, while leaving us hanging. I would not recommend any non white person to visit there unless you wanna be racially profiled.

This place is my secret honey hole. High end products discount prices. Mac. Lauder , Smashbox You can even find those older colors you been looking for. Fragrances as well. Also min packs of products. So worth the trip Happy I live by it. Only shame is they stopped shipping. So if you need a color from another store (Which is usually out of state ) you have to make the trip. I once got samples of Aveda Sap Moss. Pretty big samples ! Have to my nephew who was so happy. Lol. My fav store ever

Horrible customer service experience at this store on 6/4/2022. There was a blonde woman working that refused to acknowledge me ( a black woman) but was happy to help my friend ( a white woman). My friend pointed out that I needed help and that I was the one shopping but when she told the associate that, the associate went to the back of the store giggling. We were also not greeted at the door , and I felt as if we were followed around and being watched. I won’t be returning to this store.

There were a few sales items. Many of the things were the regular retail price. The young lady was very helpful. I still think it's worth going in to see if they might have what you are looking for.

While the products are well priced, I find the employees here are rude and it makes me uncomfortable to shop here. Of the past 3-4 times I’ve shopped here, each time I hear employees speaking badly of previous customers, gossiping about other employees, etc. Very upsetting to hear an employee mock a previous customer over a misunderstanding. The atmosphere is very judgmental and sadly I won’t return, I’d rather pay full price for cosmetics but enjoy the buying experience.

I have been shopping at this outlet chain for at least 15 years. I stop at outlet malls in my travels and seek out 2-3 stores favorite stores and The Cosmetic Company is one of those!! ..I find low pricing on high end products. For years I used Bobbi Brown foundation, brushes and glamor products. I used Mac for several years as my skin changed. Clinique skin care is available at a substantial discount, which is perfect for those starting a skin care regime or have sensitive skin. The high end Eye creams by Ester Lauder, that reduce dark circles and are great, at a 40% discount. I spend at least $1200-1500 a year at the Cosmetic Company Store. I’ve used several of the brands offered and have purchased dozens of the small Glam Glow facials, cleaners, masques and charcoal serums as gifts for friends and family.I’ve gotten many free gifts and occasionally find Aveda products! I am a fan. I can often find something I like. Not all products are in stock all the time, so find several favorites to try and alternate…
