The new person at the CVS Pharmacy in Aurora Ohio 4/19 at 3:50pm is the rudest most hostile person I've ever encountered in retail. She wasn't helpful. She did not act like a person when I asked a simple question and it felt like the pharmacist behind her was afraid of her. Can't wait for self checkout to replace this. I'm transferring my meds to Discount Drug Mart this week in the meantime. I spend at least $9500 a year at that store but I'm done! Just close it!

Aurora CVS in West Garfield is the worst CVS I have used. Susan is usually nasty with bad customer focus habits. Everytime I go there to get my medicine they tell me they don’t have it and I have to get my doctors involved. Then, they make me wait forever to get it filled once they finally find it. THIS IS EVERY MONTH!!!! I live 2 minutes away and I am going to use a CVS in another city just to avoid this one.

Stopped to buy my Advil allergy and sinus and with state laws I can buy 3 boxes at a time, the lady pharmacist was so rude then decided how many boxes she was going to sell me because she did not know how to do her job properly. When I explained that she can scan all three at the same time so they are all on the same bill/signature she decided to tell me she didn’t know how to do that and she was selling me only one at a time and told me that is all I can buy. Well I get this for my entire family each month and have need for years complying by the state guidelines and when I tried to tell her how she needed to do her job she was nasty. I would never trust her to fill any prescription ever! How can you have someone fill your prescriptions that has no idea how to do their job!! She needs to find a new line of work or go back to training!

Definitely my best pick for pharmacy. They are super helpful and kind. They also get you the best deal out there if you do or don't have insurance. The pharmacists are very good professional and personable

Jason the Pharmacist is failing to supervise the other pharmacists. When they make a mistake the patient has to suffer for it. They take no responsibility for what they do, and simply blame the patient. When the Pharmacist make an error they should step up and fix it!!
