Bought a new Driver there today and Ryan in the golf section was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you need anything golf related go here and talk with him he’ll get you put together. Thanks for all the help!!!

Large store. Several employees on staff. Although nobody offered any assistance. Too busy with personal conversations. Walked around the store several times. Finally found the teeny tiny area for masks for underwater/pool. Horrible selection. I realize we are in NE Ohio, but this is ridiculous. Eventually left, walked past all the employees again, nothing. I smiled. They stared........ Customer service, dead.

I was going to drive 30 minutes to buy a pair of shoes from here. It said there was one left so I wanted to make sure before I drove out that it was actually in stock Call two times nobody answered. Waited a little bit called back and got hung up on, so I said forget it

This retail store has really really gone downhill over the years. Every time I go in the same racks of clothing and selection are there, nothing seems to move. I was looking for slim fit shorts they had two pair left but four racks of regular fit shorts which should tell their marketing department that the slim fit shorts are selling but there was no selection. I was also looking for a sport Paulo without Cleveland Sports teams on it but they had none so I guess it's off to Walmart for a cheap Polo. Dreadful and disappointing I see this business turning into an online business sometime soon

Employees not helpful. Came when they weren’t busy and 90% on their phones- when I did ask if a particular brand of shoe was in stock, he responded “ I’m not sure. Sometimes, sometimes not.” … he didn’t offer to check or look it up, even though he was working in the shoe department.I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

A big selection but couldn't decide. My daughter was looking to see if they had the Cleveland Browns new quarterback jersey. Not yet, but we'll keep trying.
