Stopped in to get some alani nu energy drinks since they were on sale. Matt was absolutely wonderful to talk to and was very helpful. I even went back in to purchase one of their hydroshkr cups! Will definitely be my new favorite GNC to shop at!!

Really awesome place to go after the new owner took over. Extremely nice and knowledgeable. Always happy to help and give advice on new products and also products that fit your body. If you want a great place to go,this would be the place.

Manager with the beard was completely condescending, rude, and arrogant. Never seen someone who treats customers like that. I left without buying anything cause I was so disgusted by his behavior.

Giving this location a low rating only because I bought a product didn't like the flavor so decided to exchange it for a different flavor 2 Days later with receipt in hand. Worker Tyler told me he couldn't exchange the product I had to do a full return and repurchase product. Basically gave me a hard time, made me drive back and forth multiple times. I then read behind my receipt that it stated I WAS ELIGIBLE for full EXCHANGE I then called Tyler and told him that he basically lied to me and forced to to return the product when I clearly asked for a full exchange. He then apologized and said your right come back and I'll do an exchange. I first bought the product and got $5 off so when I did first the return he told me I wasn't eligible to get the $5 off again, basically said yeah gnc doesn't really care about there customers like that to give you the $5back. Witch I New was a lie, felt as if HE was only trying to give me a hard time.! Now I know to look at return policy's before EXCHANGING OR RETURNING a product and not TRUST WORKERS with there "OWN" return policy's.

GNC has done a great job of stocking their shelves with the most comprehensive vitamins and supplements. When I go here , to the one in Aurora, I am never disappointed with what I can find to getter my health and wellness. The staff is super helpful And seek to know and be able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Recently, I was here to purchase some vitamins and nutrition bars. I left with not only that, but some expert advice on how to take these to maximize their Effectiveness in my body. I would have never thought to ask this, but the wonderful young man at the counter was more than willing to take the time and explain. The Aurora GNC is worth your time and consideration if you want to find some great items for your healthy lifestyle.

I have recently started going to GNC almost weekly. I love that they have such an abundance of products. The GNC closest to me sadly doesn't sell protein bars. Therefore, I head over to this location to get them!
