Just had the worst haircut of my life. The hair dresser had no idea how to properly layer hair. I asked for a couple inches off and layering. What I got was 6 inches off and the worst layering job ever. I am absolutely humiliated to go out of my house. I have never been so embarrassed. This hair dressers license should be revoked immediately!!

Emia was terribly bad. I’m not sure how you evaluate new cosmetologists but this is bad. I got a 1 on the sides and she didn’t even take it above my ears and was moving it up wards 1/16” at a time, she didn’t know how to blend it into the top, I told her repeatedly how short I wanted it and she wasn’t cutting it short on top, I don’t think she had a clue how to use thinning shears, and when she did my side burns she didn’t even look at the other side and they were very different heights. Hair was in my face and eyes the entire time. It was just an unpleasant experience and it took her 45 minutes. Seems like she didn’t help out her coworkers either, never checked anyone in, answered the phone, or welcomed someone into the store.
