This dealer is terrible. Nothing but crooks. Still making the same noises they said they couldn’t hear. Called to find out status of repair at 5:15pm and they still had to finish going over it in the morning. Got a text at 8:15am that it was ready. How do you finish looking at a vehicle the next morning when it was parked outside all night and had four inches of snow on it and it wasn’t cleared of snow when I got there at 9:45 to pick it up? Best part is they charged almost $500 to tell me nothing was wrong. Go to Klaben Ford, they are honest and know how to repair cars.

I purchased a used Acura TLX Type S at Liberty Ford and it was one of the easiest and most pleasant car purchases I have ever made. I am from the Washington DC area and Greg and Jim made the process so easy. Greg was very responsive by text and phone and Jim took the time to do a car video walk around for the exterior and the interior of the vehicle. When I flew in to make my purchase, they sent Barry to pick me up free of charge. Barry was so kind and a great conversationalist. When I got to the dealership, Jim took me for a test drive. Jim has an easy going personality and was pleasant to work with. The next step was to work with Jake in finance. Jake explained all the documents thoroughly and made the final purchase quick and easy. As a woman, I never felt I was being taken advantage of. Greg, Jim, Barry, and Jake were fantastic! I highly recommend this dealership. If I could give them more stars I would!

Sold our daughter a used car for 30k that needed complete brake work all 4 wheels then did NOT give her a loaner till they had her car for almost 2 weeks..her salesman never helped they kept her car for almost a month...horrible customer service..that should be against the law!!!!

Purchased $120k Raptor R for delivery. The process took over a month, stated they couldn't get anyone to pick it up for shipment. That was because they put the bid amount for shipping way too low $1250 (not my fault). Then, the truck has undocumented damages that they said they wouldn't fix, then come back and tell me a day later that they will fix it if I will still do the deal at the agreed price, and I agreed and patiently wait weeks for the truck to be repaired and shipped. I received the truck with 544 MILES DISCREPANCY! On a limited truck (Raptor R). Dan Duns (sales manager) then tells me there is nothing they can do and to have some grace. Really???
*Update* They ended up settling the mileage discrepancy, but the way they dealt with it initially was a hassle and not very professional. I'll update from 1 star to 3 Stars

I've been dealing with liberty Ford in Aurora for approximately 15-16 years. Have a fantastic salesperson, and their service is unbelievable. The vehicle has to go in for any repairs, when I pick it up, repairs are completed and everything's fine.
Couldn't ask for any better service.
Everyone there is very polite and they also listened to you about the problem You're having
