This is my very first negative Google review in my entire life. My 27 yo daughter (nurse) was bullied and disrespected by the finance people when signing for her new car. She said no thank you to all of the extra warranties etc and the finance people would not take no for an answer . . . until I got involved. They made her feel stupid for declining the coverage and in the end, said "have fun waiting 45 minutes for the paperwork now." Absolutely disgusting behavior directed at a young lady who dedicated her life to helping others. Plenty of other Ford dealership options in the area. I would certainly avoid this one.

Took 2 days to repair my truck, they installed brake pads incorrectly damaging the new rotor and pads due to overheating. This is a Ford pickup truck and a Ford dealership, you would think a brake job would be a simple repair. I also had check engine light issue, I was inform that it was an oxygen sensor this was replace for nearly $500, upon leaving my check engine light reappeared, do I return it and have the morons try to fix it or do I go to another dealer. I'm choosing another dealer Mentor Classic Ford.

Bought my first car this past weekend, and Pete and the rest of the team were great. Very efficient and fair process at a nice facility. Everyone was very accommodating, and I would definitely recommend visiting Liberty Ford Aurora.

Drove to buy a used van and was told it had "minor" surface rust. I drive 2 hours to find that the entire bottom edges of the side doors were bent and rotted. The rear cargo doors were also rotted on the bottom and all of the rocker panels were rotted and painted over. I literally felt under the rocker panel and rotted metal was in my hand. On the other side I touched a section of bubbled paint and my finger went through it. It was literally rotted metal that was painted over.Total WASTE of my time!Be honest about what you have and don't waste peoples time!Will never look at another vehicle in the state of ohio since they don't require vehicle inspections.

The best ride our whole family loves! Ford Mustang is the best! It has nice speed and power and is efficient for a muscle car! 2024 has a remodeled media console and modern design which looks awesome.

My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles to Liberty Ford in Aurora for oil changes and service issues since they opened. We have always had great customer service … until last week. My car was scheduled for an oil change and to fix the mirrored glass that was coming apart from a side mirror that was replaced there earlier this year. The mirror itself was fixed (glued back in place) however as I went to drive away, I realized the glass was cracked. I had the customer service rep, Olivia, and one of the service techs (Dan, I think) look at this before I left. After more than 10 minutes of explanation/excuses - during which no one seemed to know what to do - I was told they would see if they had one in stock. Both my teenaged daughter and myself saw another service tech come out with a mirror and it appeared he was told to hide it away as he tucked it behind him. That’s when I was told they didn’t have one in stock. Olivia then told me I could leave my car there or drive it home and I would be called to have this issue fixed in 1 - 2 days. I decided to drive my car home that day and wait for their call. This was on Weds 8/ 23 so I figured that meant I would have heard something by that weekend. It is now 8/31 and NO ONE has notified me that my replacement mirror has come in. I realize this place is busy but the lack of communication, especially recently, is unacceptable. Another example — Both my husband and I had to call to see when/if our vehicles were done, instead of them calling us by the promised time. This is super frustrating and I left there feeling very unsatisfied with the service we received. Yes my oil got changed, yes my original mirror issue was fixed but another was caused by their service tech and there has been no follow up.

ZERO STARSIf your car breaks down in front of this place, get it towed to a reputable dealershipWe had slight damage to the bumper (nothing broken, the bumper needs to be repositioned, see photo)and needed a trim part for the door and Liberty Ford gave us a service day, ordered parts and told us a guy would be picking up the car at our house at 9amThey didn't show up until 10:30By 5 pm we had to call them, were told they had ordered the wrong part, they can't do anything for the bumper, they don't have a body shop (why did they tell us they would do the work?)And at 6 they dropped off the car after having it all day and nothing done to it, not even a phone call telling us what they couldn't do until we called themThis is a lack of respect for the customerIf they don't respect you, they will lie to you, cheat, you, steal from you and abuse you because to them, you are less than a lump of hamburgerThis bumper needs to have the plastic stretched back into place and I'm 65 and have three dislocated fingers and one broken finger or I would do it in my garage and my brother can't do it because he is in a wheelchairThese low life scum bags will lie to and cheat a pair of disabled seniors, one in a wheelchair... And this car was PURCHASED at Liberty Ford so you know they won't service or stand behind the vehicles they sell, as well as mistreating seniorsSTAY AWAY FROM LIBERTY FORD

I can't speak to the car-buying experience at this dealership, but I advise against their service department. In July, I received a recall letter from Ford about a replacement part which my particular car needs. After setting up the appointment weeks ago, I brought it in today, and, surprisingly, they didn't have the part. BUT, they did attempt to charge me $160 for a "diagnostic" fee, even though I asked for no other service other than what was stated in the letter. AND they somehow found another issue that would cost me $3000 to repair and said they'd be able to do THAT today, no problem. Well, I refused to pay the $160, passed on the $3K repair, got my key and left. To summarize, 1) I'm advised by Ford to go to the dealer for a FREE replacement of a faulty part. 2) The dealer doesn't have it, but wants me to pay them $160. 3) They try to convince me to green-light a $3,000 repair that I didn't even know I needed. I'm definitely not liking the vibe here, and I won't be back.

Setting up the appointment was fast and easy. My truck was diagnosed quickly. I had to leave it overnight for replacement parts that were ordered. My truck was ready early the next day. I took advantage of the vehicle drop off service. My truck was delivered promptly, clean and repairs were complete.

I would like to say that my experience from when i walked on the lot until i drove away in my new vehicle was aTruly pleasant experience. Lorenzo streamlined everything and worked with me through the process he was a true pro ,pleasent ,polite, and cared about me getting what i wanted without being pushy. I drove away in my immaculate 2016 f-150 a very happy satisfied customer .

I’ve had very poor service. From having to schedule something as simple as an oil change 3 weeks in advance, to not having work done that I requested be performed. Complete lack of communication. No call to let me know my vehicle was done. Had the same experience on multiple vehicles I own. Liberty Ford lost a customer. Not only for service, but for future purchases also.

John was my salesman. He was great. And liberty ford worked with me on getting a loan etc. Only giving 4 stars because my Jeep had to be serviced still and I had to wait 3+ days to get it. Who wants to wait that long to get their new vehicle? It got to the point where I told them not to even detail it because I needed a vehicle to get to work and couldn’t wait anymore.
