Great staff. Bought a pool in 2024. Everything went great. They promptly answered every question I had. They've had everything I've needed for the pool and the free water testing has been great to keep the pool perfect.

We stopped in at Litehouse Pools with questions about equipment Stacy helped us immediately she could not do enough to satisfy our questions and give us the correct answers she went above and beyond making sure everything was in the back room if we decided to purchase which we did thank you Stacey you made the whole experience pain free

My wife and I love the Aurora location and everyone there.Tom has been there since day one and goes that extra mile. He even came to our house. They all are extremely knowledgeable are are eager to help. They are not pushy to sell and will help you get exactly what you need. We HIGHLY recommend them especially Tom!!!

I had just had a TERRIBLE experience with the manager at the cuyahoga Falls store where the he refused to return my defective product 3 weeks after purchase.
Dave at Aurora lighthouse spoke to me over the phone. Listened to my situation and was so kind. He returned the product the next day for me with no problems.
I would drive out of my way from now on to purchase from Dave and the Aurora lighthouse store. I can’t praise him and his staff enough! The best customer service!

The Aurora location is the best. Their customer service is excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable! ? Tom, Ashley, and Dan are great people and represent your company very well! Be very careful when buying a pool thermometer. We bought one that was glass inside a chrome casing. Well, it broke and now we have glass shards in the pool. Not sure why Litehouse is selling thermometers with glass. Didn't know this when I bought it. Shame on them.

They always have a pre-season chemical sale. The manager has faithfully called me every year since we bought our pool and I would always order 50-100lb. The manager was so nice and always wanted to make sure he had enough ordered for everyone. This year there was no phone call. I called a few times, but no one answered due to how late they open. I went to purchase our chemical and they would not honor the sale pricing for even though they can tell when I purchase each year. The lady keeps saying they sent an email this year and everyone seems to have an issue this year. Clearly they should simply call like they did in the past. I’m planning to start going to the great escape or Walmart for my chemicals

The biggest reason to shop here is convenience. The store is always clean and employees friendly.Overpriced compared to other pool stores and their selection is limited. The staff is usually not very knowledgeable about their products and they hardly ever have the same employees working in the store. When water is brought in for testing, they won't hesitate to sell you the most expensive product they have to treat the water, and quite often, their solutions do not fix the water chemistry.
