I was having a DAY and came to peruse the close-out aisles and just walk around and when I was checking out I had an interaction with, I’m assuming some sort of front end supervisor/manager on duty, and he was just LOVELY. I mean he packed my things carefully, made me smile and laugh, and I swear just turned my day around; AND it seemed like he cared about his staff. What a treat to make a quick random trip into a nice little experience! Thank you Marc’s - Aurora!

been shopping here for 8 years. well, not so much lately. it's gotten way over-priced, staffed with either grumpy retirees or indifferent school age kids, and, yes, you have to check dates. now only go for a good sale on chicken and soda. (beware of unenclosed refrigeration!!!)

My wife went to Marc’s in Aurora and bought an 18 pack of extra large HillandDale eggs. We always pay around $2.90 a dozen. When she got home she found she was charged almost $8 for the pack. She calked the store. They said there was a mistake and bring the receipt back. Once she got there, they said the price was right. They would not refund her any money. She paid nearly $1 for each of the six eggs. Total rip off. We will take much of our business elsewhere.

At this location, you have to really watch expiration dates on every item you pick up. Multiple times I have found out of date items at this store. Told an employee that was stocking items directly next to where I pulled a bag of Stacy's pita chips that were 2 MONTHS expired and she could not have cared less.

I went to exchange a propane tank and the lady at the customer service desk assumed I was pretty young. She asked if I had a parent with me and I said I'm 22 years old. I've never been asked that before that's rude you might as well just ask for my ID at that point

Cashier figured she would try to argue with me. I requested her/he/they to take something off my bill. Simple request. I would have just left everything but I was out voted. Prices are now at least 20-30 percent higher than other places who are bringing prices back in line. I guess the locals are wealthy enough to stand for it. I won’t be back for the prices,the cluttered aisles,or the attitudes.
