This location does not like black people. If you are black or a POC, please avoid this location. I went in to find some cute hello kitty items and while I had every intention of going in there to buy stuff, which I did, I bought two items! I was followed by a white/male associate, treated poorly by the cashier and the manager followed me out of the store but tried to act fake nice to me and said “Oh have a nice night.” May I suggest spending more time cleaning up your dirty, unorganized store and spend less time following paying customers, paying BLACK customers specifically. I won’t be shopping here anymore, and I’m sure that means nothing to the owner/manager whoever, but understand the power of a review. And I screenshotted this so if you try to delete it, I will put it back. I would say have a nice day but have whatever day you people deserve. Either the store or google deleted this the first time I posted so I’m posting again :)

Just left the store. The associates had the WHOLE END CAP filled with shoes that were priced $19. Went to the register and it rang up $39. Manager came and said ya we don't honor that because they forgot to pull the sign..... A good manager would have honored our price and removed the sign for their mistakes.

Going to Marshalls and TJ Maxx is like playing the lottery, sometimes you get lucky and find clothes in your size, or find that household item you need. But that can be part of fun or frustration, depending on your point of view.
