Very disappointing experience. I scheduled a TB test after confirming at the clinic that it could be done there and asking about the cost. When I showed up for my appointment, they charged me $100 just for the visit and then told me I had to drive 30 miles to another lab to actually get the test. This information should have been made clear upfront — it was a complete waste of my time and money.

the worst customer service / customer support I ever received in health care in my 50 years on this planet. just when you think the yare bad, someone in there says hold my beer, it it was a competition as to how bad we can treat a customer, hey would be raining champs, please don't go there, save your time and aggravation, There is another minute clinic about 30 minutes away in Hudson, they have much better service well worth your drive.

It’s advertised that the minute clinic can check for lice and provide treatment. It is also advertised that they accept walkins. The nurse there did not know what to do regarding lice and basically told me to have a family member just check. Then she told me there was a chance she’d never have an opening. Not how minute clinics operated years ago.

The nurse practitioner was very thorough and caring. I couldn’t get into my regular doctors and so I went to CVS and was a pleasant experience.

Practitioner was caring, helpful, and did not make me feel like I was just the next patient.

Nurse was kinda dumb and just told me to go to urgent care instead of testing me there. I went to another minute clinic and they did it immediately and got me the prescription I needed. So I don’t know what that lady’s problem is but they should figure that out.

What a wonderful experience I had at our local CVS MinuteClinic in Aurora, Ohio! I had scheduled a 2nd appointment to get some additional information about my lab work results. I was kindly greeted by O. Gudalevich. After waiting 3 days for the results of what was a simple test, I shared my frustration and need for medication due to the pain I was experiencing. With patience and understanding, she took the time to go over the details from my previous visit and promised she would make sure I got the medication needed. And she did!
What a blessing it was to have someone in my corner when I really needed it. And at OUR corner CVS, too!

What a joke! I walked in there with a sinus infection. Not my first, won't be my last. I asked for antibiotics. Nope, had to take a flu and COVID test. I told the woman there they would be negative. Had to take them ANYWAY. Both came back negative. She told me that I had a cold, to get plenty of fluids and rest. Them prescribed Albuteralol. A steriod.....for "slight wheezing in my left lung". I left and went straight to an ER. That doctor after doing an exam, talking and listening to me, got me the antibiotics I need to clear this. She didn't care, didn't listen, and charged the insuover $300 for unnecessary tests.

NP “Ping” was extremely dismissive and didn’t want to help me with an ear ache due to the system only scheduling me for a ten minute visit. Very impersonal feeling, rushed, and I had to keep asking questions because she provided no information. I won’t return here.

I went to the clinic for a sinus infection that I have been battling for 4 days. I was told that while it sounded like I had a sinus infection, they normally don’t come on this quickly after a cold and that they wanted to wait and see if it progressed more prior to me taking antibiotics. So I was prescribed a “wait and see” prescription that I could fill in 5 more days. So, in short, the nurse wants me to wait 5 more days and become very ill and in pain before I can have some relief and be treated effectively. On top of that I waited for an hour to see someone even though I had a scheduled appointment time. I won’t be coming back here. Their staff does not care about their patients.

We went in at 19:35 hrs when the clinic is supposed to be closing at 2000 hrs. Requested the nurse (or whoever) there was to take a look at my 7yo because she was in some ear pain. She refused to take a look and it being a thanksgiving week, all urgent care options were off.Being in a medical profession is a noble thing and they have a beautiful gift of healing and saving lives.People like the above in Aurora, oh minute clinic don’t deserve to be doing noble things ! If you are really in trouble, don’t go here !PS - while we were frantically searching for OTC medicine the practitioner was merrily talking to colleagues ! Just saying !

Twice now we have had to go to the doctor after visiting minute clinics for the actual treatments required. Once for swimmers ear once for strep. Don't think I'll be using there services again.

Had the worse experience this morning my son who just 18 needed treatment has a terrible eye infection and is in pain. We suspect it to be pink eye, the provider refused to treat him because he has no diver license. He is unable to drive and only turned 18 2 weeks ago. His school does not have IDs and she refused us a referral as well and would not reschedule him. She refused any kind of care for him and you could see he was in pain. I called the pharmacy they said that doesn’t seem right. They had me contact the store manager at which they said they same thing. He has been treated there before and she after looking at his eye and saying oh that’s looks very infected stopped treating him because of an ID. A complaint has been filed and this should fall under malpractice.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. No. 1 I was scheduled to do a test for COVID19. I received an email that it was cancelled due to the clinic will be closed. It didn't allow me to reschedule or change my appointment, PROBLEM is on their system it kept my schedule. I had to wait an extra day to be tested because it won't allow me to set up another SCHEDULE. Very inconvenient to the customers.
