My Mom flew into town for the weekend for a wedding and bought a pair of packaged hose, it had a hole in it when she opened them and they wouldn’t refund or exchange, absolutely pathetic

Very rude older sales lady came up to my daughters and I telling us we were measuring her wrong. She told my 15yr old this is her store and she would measure her. My daughter is shy and more reserved. How dare you order a child to allow you to touch them. You should have asked for her permission. Even though you could visibly see she was uncomfortable with the suggestion you tried to continue. I had to step up and tell you not to touch my child. You should be ashamed for yourself. In a store selling garments I would expect more conscientious salespeople. This was not the end of our unpleasant visit. This lady then accused us of letting ourselves into the fitting room. When we approached the fitting room a door was open and so my daughter used it. I asked her how would we let ourselves in. She pointed to the key hanging on the wall near the fitting rooms. If they were so concerned with security why is a key hanging on the wall?

I’ve been looking to add more cotton into my wardrobe. This place has a good selection of mostly cotton and 100% cotton items, which can be tried on, but I would rather order online or drive out to Grove City PA before going back to this store.
Ruth is absolutely THE most rude store associate I have ever encountered. I have visited this store 3x in the last few weeks - and have had to deal with her the last 2x - which will be my final 2x visiting this store again.
I went in to grab some more cotton sports bras, which I had bought the week prior, but wanted to buy more since I liked them. As I was searching for my size, my son (who is 5 and was right next to my side) picked up a hanger off the shelf to ask me a question about the item. She came up to us - asked me “Can I help you?” in a tone that was more like I was bother to her than to be of any actual help. Then proceeds to grab the hanger out of my son’s hand and tell him that the stuff “needs to be kept neat.” He would have hung it back where he found it - was being well behaved, was right next to me, not running rampant and ripping things off the racks - but we were made to feel like we were doing something wrong just by being there. I then found another item I wanted to try on, so I asked for a dressing room and she replied, “what do you need to try on?” I showed her the item, but had my son’s coat on my other arm. She asked “well what is that?!” At this point I am beyond irritated with her that I had to explain to her that it was my son’s coat - and by the fact that she made us feel extremely unwelcome and spoke to us like we were doing something wrong for just being in the store.
Today was the final straw. I came in to return a couple items that just didn’t work out once I got them home. I put the items on the counter and told her I need to make a return. She replies, “umm what’s the problem?” I said “I need to return these.” She repeats, “what’s the problem?” I said, “there’s no problem, I changed my mind.” She proceeded with the return, but gave me the same snappy attitude every time I had a question about the return.
This woman is beyond rude, condescending and is not the type of person I would ever hire to be in direct contact with my customers. And she’s not the only one. I witnessed another associate at this store approach a couple with the same attitude and lack of customer service during one of my recent visits. The man came up to the associate and asked if she could help his wife find a bra. Instead of walking to the wife and asking her how she could help - she tells the husband, “well you have to be more specific, I don’t know what she’s looking for.” Absolutely unprofessional.

What a shame. This store carries a good selection at affordable prices - but is one of the absolute worst customer experiences I have ever had at a store. This was not just an employee having a bad day. There is a much deeper problem here - it’s the way their associates are treating their customers. And I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. Look at some of the other reviews here. If this store has any chance of long term survival, they will address their employee issues before it’s too late.

Ms Ruth & other staff members are so kind and helpful! The customer service I received was excellent and what I overheard them say to every other customer was also so positive, patient & helpful. Great salesmanship & knowledge, very tidy store & a positive experience all around!

NEVER GO Here. Can't do returns after 6 really!!! Why don't you tell someone when they called. Wasted a trip. Have this poster at your store hours. So frustrated! -5 Stars!!!!

Waited well over 30 minutes in my car for someone to get back to open the store and no one showed up. Who knows how long this sticky note was on the door prior to my getting there. Big ole waste of time.

I purchased a pack of underwear for my husband and one for myself. I specifically asked if I could return the pack I bought for myself if they did not fit. I WAS TOLD YES!!! I was told I could not return the pack I bought for my husband because they were on clearance. I understood that. Today I tried to return the pack I bought for me, but was told I could not because they were opened. I spoke to the RUDE manager who told me the person that waited on me would NOT HAVE TOLD ME THAT because she was her assistant manager. I asked her if she was calling me a lier! She said she was not, but I would not have been told I could bring them back since they were open. She could clearly see that 4 pairs had never been taken out of the package. HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF THEY FIT IF YOU CANT TRY THEM ON???DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Very poor selection, employee accused me of stealing because I was only one in my group that wasn't buying anything. I went in looking for work socks and undershirts, but all they offer are cheap bras and thongs

When looking for a bra which was farther back on the display hook. 3 bras fell off the hook. As I was putting them back. The sales person came over. I thought to help. But, as it turned out it was to tell me "not to touch anything". Needless to say I left. If I wanted to shop without touching anything I can that online. Not my idea of good customer service.

Very nice store. I was shopping with my elderly mother. We found what we were looking for and went to check out the cashier proceeded to “wait” on another customer that gave her items to check out but still was looking around for more items. So, we waited five more minutes to be checked out so that customer can be rung out before us. When the customer stated to the cashier we can go before her cause we were waiting the cashier proceed to make the comment “everyone that is in this store is patient”. That’s not patience you could have simply rung us out and then helped that customer but I will not be back.

The employees at the store are very helpful and the prices reasonable considering all that is going on. However the equipment is very very outdated. They are still using IBM equipment that looks like it maybe the first edition. The customers are out of control. I understand this is an outlet but still have some respect for the people who work there. Final sale means no more sales after the final price. If a coupon is given after your purchase there is date on there that states when it starts.
