I like this store for the most part, I'm really Not Directing this review to this store.But to PET SMART it's self for On Line stuff.Auto Oder DOG FOOD for Christmas time Pedigree, to get 1 delivered and wasn't getting anything else. Feb comes a long and I'm still receiving emails thar my shipping is going to arrive to see the FEDEX Truck walking to a neighbor s house looking to carry a huge bag of dog food. Thinking maybe this is where my order has been going. Called, track down all these bags of dog food. 3 50# bags . To find out that they Stop Auto shipping these bag s. No email saying so.

The staff were informative I was able to make a great decision on what fish I wanted. Due to how well informed the staff were I was quickly able to go home and make sure that my fish were well taken care of. The first time fish owner and as of writing this my fish are still alive and they're okay.

I took my fur baby to Ashley and she did such an AMAZING job!!! My puppy looks beautiful and trust me if you want your puppy/dog to look it's best go to her .... Thank me later?

I was running later than I thought and dogs were out of food. I called with only 7 minutes until closing. I asked if they would be kind enough to pull a bag off of the shelf. The woman and I’m sorry I forget her name (she was very helpful), and went above and beyond. It was a very heavy bag of food too. It was at the checkout counter when I walked in with only 2 mins till closing at 7pm this past Sunday!The cashier John carried it out to my car. I had just had surgery 5 days ago and cannot lift anything over 5 pounds. Our pups thank you too!! You all understand customer service!! I hope Petsmart recognizes it has great service minded people working for them and you're compensated accordingly maybe with time paid off or a nice little customer service award bonus!

Excellent customer service. My pup recently needed an amputation and, I can't remember his name, the employee helped me find the right kind of cone I needed. I would've bought the wrong product if not for him!

I’ve been coming to this location for over 5 years. Today I was told that the groomer has a problem with me because I requested that my dog be brushed better and I didn’t want a pink bandanna on my boy dog… I have personally witnessed legitimate complaints made by customers and have never heard of an appointment being cancelled because of a this I had to wait 3 weeks for the appointment I wanted and then was told I can get a discount if I accept an appointment a week later on a day I can’t come … I’m distraught and disappointed that a long time client can be so rudely disrespected by this company. I sincerely hope that no one else is been offended by this type of behavior and if so… It’s hard to believe this the level that location has sunk too.

It’s a really nice store but do not take your dog there for grooming. Upon picking up our dog we were informed that it took three people to hold her so they could cut her nails. In no way should they have continued the grooming process if this was the amount of distress she was in and they should have called us to pick her up. It wasn’t safe for her or them to be in that situation. The groomer who checked her out walked away after handing the dog off to us and did not give us a chance to ask any questions about what happened. Later that day her nails began to bleed after some light activity meaning that they cut way too close to the quick. I did email about the situation and management replied in less than 24 hours with an apology and stating that they will be talking to their staff and invited us back for another grooming experience and to talk to the manager but I think we will decline and just go to the Macedonia location that we have previously used and had a good experience. Management seemed very genuine but I don’t want to bring my dog back into that environment that caused a lot of stress.
