I waited in line 5 minutes. Tellers did not seem to be very productive. Another person was not in line but was working at customer deposit desk. Teller ignored me and told the person that had not been in line to come to desk ahead of us waiting patiently.

Good bank, older, slightly outdated location, but good staff, especially the ones that came over from the Bainbridge location that closed during the pandemic. Never had an issue with the ATM or any in person interaction.

Worst experience with delilah Cramer poor customer service. Also when jason I'm assuming this is her manager. He called to follow up on the poor survey and he was also very rude and didnt not want hear what I had to say. After being with PNC for years I will be leaving this company and allowing my friends and family to know about their relationship with long time customers. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS

Terrible bank and service. Unethical and unresponsive to customers. My son deposited a check from the UK which they completely screwed up. He has been waiting for over a month for resolution and for them to call him back. They have literally stole his money and are now invisible. He intends to report them to the financial institutions that monitor banks.

This location has safe deposit boxes. To use the box you sign in with one of the tellers. Make an appointment if you want to talk to anyone.

PNC is a great bank and most of the staff is incredibly helpful and kind but Felicia was short and I felt attacked. She was totally insensitive and disrespectful. I hope she can see this and learn that her bad day shouldn’t translate over into customer service.

Snippy employees who aren't trained well. Corporate is also unable to solve simple online access issues with over 3 hours of discussions and in person visits.
