This is a review of a Simon owned outlet of stores in Aurora Ohio. Not Puma! Unsure how it was placed under Puma. Puma is fine no concerns or issues. I've visited many Simon Outlets in various states in the US. This is the worst kept mall. Visually unappealing, no food court for customers to relax and eat. Various areas in disarray, lawn and grounds keeping unkempt, poor bathroom maintenance, sidewalks with trash as people walk and eat with food from food trucks. Rumors of raccoons in the old food court with holes showing in the roof. This mall needs repair. The stores businesses suffer when the property surrounding it is not appealing. Simon Centers are usually outstanding. Especially premium outlets. #WoodburyCommons

Such a poor customer service in this store at Aurora outlets. The girl was so disrespectful and told us the Tshirts we were looking were not available. She stayed mum when we asked why and didn’t feel like telling us. When we asked another associate why is that not available and why is she not responding to us,. Then she said if you have problem leave the store.. Hope the owner can take some action on her..

My partner and I stopped by the Puma Outlet today for some birthday shopping, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we had an excellent experience, thanks to an outstanding sales associate named C.C. (I apologize if I’m spelling that incorrectly).
C.C. was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. He took the time to assist us without rushing, answered all our questions, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. It’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such exceptional customer service, and it truly made our shopping experience a pleasure.
Because of his outstanding service, we’ll absolutely be returning soon. If anyone deserves a raise, it’s C.C.! We left not only with great purchases but also with a positive impression of this store. Highly recommend stopping by
