I have been using this salon for a few years now. I am never disappointed after a visit. Alla is always on time and always ultra professional. She listens and advises on hair style and products. She has styled my hair for weddings, dinners and formal occasions and I’m always left feeling fabulous. She is on trend with colors and designs when it comes to gel manicures and hair. I highly recommend her.

I had two VERY bad experiences at Salon Patrick.
Their prices are high, but I wanted to treat myself to a good haircut (no styling) at $40, their lowest price.
The stylist did the fastest haircut I have ever had. Even the receptionist said, "You're done already?"when I went to check out.
I checked out the haircut at home and saw that one side was longer than the other, so I went back.
The stylist who corrected the haircut agreed with me and showed me that there were also stray hairs sticking down underneath the cut.
I made another appointment for partial highlights, since they gave me a $40 credit for the bad haircut.
I told the stylist at the outset that I had tried to do the highlights myself, but they turned out orangey and I showed them to her.
I assumed she would take care of that, but she did not.
With the dye rinsed out, she proclaimed I was finished, when I'm sitting there with sopping wet hair.
Every stylist I've ever been to has at least damp-dried my hair.
When I asked her to do that, she told me there would be an "upcharge". Wow. I declined.
When I got home and dried/styled my hair, I noticed the orangey highlights were still there and the blonde highlights she put in were thin and barely visible.
Once again, I complained, and they had me come in to have toner applied. When I got home and dried my hair, I now saw a mousy color all over and the orangey highlights still there.
I called again about a new partial highlights appointment they had set up for me, to see if it could be moved up.
The rep mentioned that the appointment they set up for "baby blonde" highlights would cost me an additional $150!!!
I told her no, that it's supposed to be a correction, since the stylist did not get rid of those orangey highlights and the blonde highlights she did put in were very faint. Not to mention the toner caused a mousy brownish color with the orange highlights still there!
She did not see it my way and did not budge on the additional exorbitant charge for their mistakes.
I canceled the appointment.
I will never go back to Salon Patrick. They are exorbitantly priced and the quality of both the haircut and coloring I received was very poor.
I went to my usual stylist and she said they used the wrong toner.

From the moment I walked into the door I felt very comfortable as well as appreciated. Everyone was smiling and had a very very positive vibe in there clean up-to-date equipment I can't say enough good things about this salon and I come from Mayfield So I don't mind driving for this level of service and quality! Madison was amazing she did a wonderful job on my highlights very thorough and you could tell she really loves what she does I would highly recommend her as well as the salon and I will be going back for sure!!! Just a very positive experience every time

My visits to Salon Patrick are consistently perfect. From the moment you are greeted by the front desk, to my stylist Abbey perfecting my cut and color, to the best manicure and pedicure anywhere. Obviously I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Had a great appointment with Emily. She was polite, friendly and really took the time to make my hair look great. Very happy with how it turned out.
