“We stumbled upon Heinen’s one evening when we were looking for a grocery story in Chagrin Falls. What a charming place! They have delicious food to order, as well as wine and beer to buy by the glass. They also sell Harney and Sons loose leaf tea. What a treat!”

“I like Aldi's, sometimes produce items are out of stock but if you stop back a couple days later it's restocked. But if there is a non-food item you like, buy it when you see it because it probably won't be there when you go back. Go in, grab a box (or bring your recycle bags), fill it up and check out. Simple as that.”

During a recent visit, I encountered an unexpected situation where I realized I only had cash to pay for my groceries. Despite being occupied with stocking duties, Kevin promptly recognized my predicament and offered assistance. He kindly escorted me to the cash-only lane and efficiently completed my transaction. His multitasking abilities, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go above and beyond left a positive impression.
