I am very disappointed in North Face Outlet! Half of my closet is north face however while visiting this location last week.. my VERY EXPENSIVE (Helly Hanson) jacket caught on one of the nails sticking out in the store by the hinges on their fitting room. Upon bringing it to managements attention, they said they don’t know what they can do but they will definitely figure something out. I get a call 4 days later telling me that they will pay for the repair on my jacket. ITS A DOWN JACKET.. how do you repair it without having a patch? It’s by my upper arm area so it’s very visible. They said they will talk to upper management again and get another resolution if possible. Instead of replacing my ripped jacket or even offering me a free jacket.. or even 50% off on my purchase. All they said they could do was give me 25% off of any ongoing promotions. Like dude your store costed me a jacket that’s $650. Just shocked with their resolution for being the brand that really cares about its customers!!
