TireMax
I highly recommend the Aurora TireMax. Especially, Bruno and Tim for their knowledge, and superb customer service. The whole store went to great lengths to make a bad situation bearable and successful. We had driven up from Florida and tore a big hole in the sidewall of a tire. Being all-wheel drive, with some wear on the remaining tires, they had to find 4 high performance radials for my Lincoln.
They slipped our car into the schedule to change out the damaged tire for a donut spare so we could attend reunion festivities.
They found and had our new tires delivered. They also shuttled us to and from our hotel while they installed the new set of tires. Thus allowing us a safe, on schedule, return trip back to Florida.

Don’t bother with this place if you need an alignment. $120!! Really?!?! Northfield tire pros will do it for $80. Look at northfields reviews, it’s a quality spot.

First time in with a flat tire. These guys run a tight ship. Super fast and friendly service and an immaculate waiting room. Highly recommend.

We use this TireMax all the time and I thought they were great but there's been some things recently that have made me question them. Pressure to buy new tires, misquoting the price with no explanation of the increase, saying we'll get a $200 rebate when really it was only $75 but giving us a $25 credit to the store for the miscommunication (after the transaction so we couldn't even use it right then for our $1000 worth of mid-line new tires). Wow, thanks so much. There's been lots of miscommunications. We'll be looking for somewhere else to go. Just be mindful if you choose to go here.

We are a single car family and I dropped my car off for a wheel bearing job. Bruno and Derek offered to drive me home instead of waiting the 4+ hours.Above and beyond from these guys. I was able to secure a ride back to the shop and the two greeted me and had me out the door and on the road within minutes. They could’ve just told me to wait but they actually cared enough to get me back home and offered to pick me up if I hadn’t secured a ride back when the job was done. Great experience, highly recommend.

Pressure sales for new tires. Refused tire rotation even though they were bought from them. Wrong information on the thread depth remaining. Waste of time.

Thank you Bruno and my SUV tech for taking good care of my Ford Edge. I arrived for four new tires, and was alerted to the condition of my front brake pads and rotors. Was taken care of promptly and with courtesy. Did I mention how great the waiting area smells? Fresh and clean!

It all started out great! Very clean customer area, very polite staff at the desk. I ordered tires through Goodyear.com and had them delivered here to be installed. I figured, if Goodyear is trusting this shop to be an installer, why not give it a try. Tires were put-on in no-time, had a brief chat with the manager, very nice guy. But then I drove the vehicle on the highway, it appeared that there's shaking going-on. So I took it back. After I dropped it off, they called me to say that there's nothing wrong with it. That it must be the brakes. I'm certain that when I'm driving on the highway at 70 mph, my brake pads are not making contact with the disk. When I shared my disagreement, it was like I stepped on their ego and next thing I know, every sentence started with "just so you know".....talk about gaslight central!Luckily, they extended a courtesy reimbursement for me to take my tires to another shop and reimburse me for the tire balance, which I did. Wouldn't you know it, they were able to fix the issue! After visiting 3rd time this month, I do see a vast difference between the shop and the customer area. NOBODY had safety glasses, some guys had their shirts un-tucked around machinery, one guy had headphones on replying to text messages while under a vehicle. They treat their customers well, just not their vehicles. Great customer service, not my car-shop.

They were extremely helpful. They worked around a tight schedule to accomodate me. Prices seemed reasonable, better than dealer prices.New update 7/12/23I continue to take all 3 of our Jeeps here for any service. I have NEVER had a bad experience. We had water in our driver door. Dealer said it was $180 just for diagnostic. Tire Max did diagnostic for free. Total cost to fix $80.

Stopped by at 1230 with a screw in the repairable area. As parking some customer abruptly stopped curbside and ran in to cut me off. The service advisor took him in as a walk-in and turned my simple patch away. Went to Discount Tire in Bainbridge and I was in/out in 25 minutes.

Excellent customer service! Stopped in about 35 min before closing needing a valve stem replaced. They jumped right on it, and free of charge! Will always recommend them! Very pleasant to deal with.

This place was awesome. I had to get a tire balance and they test drove it to make sure thats what the issue was. The guy at the counter even said “we dont want to charge you for the wrong thing”! Most places will not do that to you because they just want your money. It was also very affordable. Definitely will be coming back when my car has issues!

Overall this place is decent not great not terrible. Taken a few cars to them and the last two times it was taken to them for an oil change I asked a few times to check the brakes and make sure they were running okay. And every time I pick it up I get a "yep brakes are all good" come to find out the pads were completely flat and my guess is they didn't even take 5 seconds to check them when asked muply times. Decent service decent techs but for sure won't be back. Asked a simple request and that couldn't even be meant. Plenty of techs around here that actually check what the customers s request.
