Thanks giving day is supposed to be a season to be grateful and thankful about everything, that being said, gift giving is one of the ways we show love to the people we loved. I was excited going in to Tommy Hilfiger Outlet shop in Aurora Farm premium outlets OH, due to its tremendous sale and world class upscale brand. To my surprise, the lady staff (white girl) that have assisted me completing my shopping list who was also the person who went to the cashier for my payment, denied my request to give me a paper bag for each item since this are all a gift for my loved ones. She initially said that she will charge me for each bag but changed her statement that they are not giving “extra” bag since its holiday. All I am asking was just 4 bags with my 4 items since its going to a different person, but she refused to give me and called her manager. The manager (lady- African American) went to the cashier, and talked straight to my face, without even asking what was going on or ask for an apology for the inconvenience it put me through, but rather said, “we are not giving an extra bag!” I felt humiliated of how she verbally said it to my face. I asked her, so If I will purchase 1 shirt, you will give me a bag, go out, leave the item in my car and buy the second item, give a bag then leave the item to my car and go back, and she said” ok be it”! Let’s do that. So I ended up going back and forth 4 times, in and out, pay the item 1 by 1 just to have a bag then go out again. This, shows, that these 2 staff has no sense of respect to their customers and would not mind to humiliate the people that go to their store.
I am hoping that, this should not happen again to anybody, regardless of race, gender, or color.

Executing closing procedures early, telling us they are closing soon and only accepting card transactions. They definitely don't care about unit goals, financial goals, or anything work oriented.

When I walked in the employees were all cussing up a storm, talking, very loud, talking about how much they pretty much dislike their job. Nobody offered me assistance at all. I came in two days in a row, and it was exactly like this. I actually had to ask for help and then, when I finally got help at the register, the lady was kind of rude, and they all kept conversing with each other as if I wasn’t standing there. . Giving a very high School lunchroom vibe.

I came in looking for shirts for our family photos and left satisfied. They also give you great coupons and military discounts. I walked out of there with almost half off my purchase. Very happy customer here!
