Usually I have a great experience at this store but now constantly the person helping me doesn't use iShip or connects me with my account. I never get updates on my packages by email like I use to. Very frustrating having to manually type in tracking when I use to get an email right after I mailed a package.

I shipped a large picture from the Aurora location to Fort Myers, FL. I paid the extra money to have them box it up. The Aurora staff took care of it and made it to my daughter safe and sound. They went the extra mile while packaging it up to guarantee the picture wasn't damaged.

Paid extra for guaranteed overnight delivery of a wallet and keys to my family member that left them. Package got lost, ETAs on delivery bounced around with no explanation, the help line and the store couldn't agree on where it was, their tracking said I hadn't brought it to the store yet for delivery but I shipped it from the store directly. It was a nightmare, and then instead of an automatic refund for the missed delivery date (which initially I was told is the process) I had to call over and over again to them and the 1-800 number where they couldn't agree if the refund was issued or where it was sent.

Fabulous friendly staff. I ship so much….service is fast & kind. This location is also open on SUNDAYS which is truly appreciated. I drive OUT of my way passing the Chagrin Falls location for smiling helpful workers….just not one but all of their employees.

I love this store! I have worked with Brooke and crew for a few years now, and they are the BEST!!! They are very organized, efficient, and kind! The products they print for me look great! They always are top quality, and if something needs fixed, they are respectful and kind and go out of their way to help make it excellent! Honestly… they are like a family!

It's a racket I went in with a 2 pair of package of socks, with the back hanging cardboard ripped off in an envelope they quoted me $15 to send it UPS. Your website says you do regular USPS postage correct I asked.. He said yes and pulled out this piece of cardboard that had a slit and said oh your package does not fit through this. It was like the glove scene in the o.j Simpson. He held up the slit in the air and put the flatter part of the package through the hole and and when it got to the thicker part stopped and said see this won't fit... didn't push through or set the slit down he did it in mid-air.
15.00 for socks I don't think so. UPS I don't think so.
