It’s a dollar store, so there’s not much to say about it. You go in, get your stuff, and get out. Prices are mediocre, and staff is pretty nice. Also not to mention there’s another one across the street, and another a few miles away….I don’t know if anyone can drive 15 miles without seeing a generic dollar store somewhere along the way! ?

It does have good stuff but what I wanna know is how come there is no hair products for black or biracial people, I'm a mother to 3 biracial kids and use certain products in their hair.. the austinburg location is the only dollar general in ashtabula that doesn't carry anything for them.. and I live right by it so it's very convenient for me to go to this location instead of going into Ashtabula to get them

manager jesus was very rude and the store is a complete wreck. sad to see considering i used to love shopping at this location. poor attitudes from a lot of the employees and saw manager ignore an elder woman who needed help and ignored her as she almost tripped over the millions of boxes all over the floors of the store. sad to say i will no longer be shopping here.
